Very concerning. I have an apartment with a Fujitsu ducted system of just over 5 years. My aircon has run perfectly. I just needed a service. [Name Removed] turned up on time and immediately went to the main unit it the roof and advised that I did not have a filter on the return air side. (return filter) he immediately dismissed me telling it was not adequate and I am at risk to pollens and dust. Furthermore my system could malfunction within a short time frame then requiring a total new system of THOUSANDS of dollars. I was quoted $1500 for a small magnetic filter which costs $40 on the net and a further $500 as he needed to install an access panel. I asked him to send the photo that he took of the unit to me and of the space where the internal unit was located which was clean and dust free). I then advised him I would approach the developer and Fujitsu. I was subsequently advised by the developer that installation was correct, the return grille was situated above the front door. A handbook was sent to me advising a simple procedure to clean the filter. Do your homework before you buy..

I used these guys at the beginning of the year to install Mitsubishi MSZ-AP25VG. The installation was in two rooms, with the external unit being on one of the balconies. The whole system with the installation cost ~$7000. Was done within a week of me reaching out to them having the initial appointment to select the system and the installation date. Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for another property.

Connor came out today to service out Actron system. He was very punctual, courteous and efficient. He took care to not bring dirt into the house and cleaned up after him. Great job Connor.
Follow-up · Our Actron ducted system was installed 3 years ago. Got several quotes, Alliance was the only company that came up with a practical solution to suit a special circumstances. I took out a maintenance contract to have the system serviced annually for 5 years at a price of $370 per visit. It was a large complicated fully ducted system with indoor and out door units with an install cost of $15000, which was a competitive price at the time.
Mike was great nothing was a problem , perfect job , even though down one person . Zac a trainee of 3 weeks was very polite and eager . Would definitely recommend this crew , good one guys .

About 15 months ago, this company installed a Daikin air con unit with two zones, costing a bit over $11K. We had previously had a Daikin that worked perfectly until it got old. previous one, and we had a lifetime workman guarantee. Nothing could be further from the truth. The unit worked just OK for a year (nowhere near as good as our previous Daikin). After a year, the back of the house never worked properly. On hot days, even at a 16-degree setting, our living area feels like warmish air being blown around the place. We had a lot of trouble getting people to come out in a timely manner. When they eventually came, the air flow in the living area would improve somewhat for a couple of weeks and then go back to not really working. The last time the technicians came, they said that because we had a long, narrow house, the air conditioning in our living area has a longer way to travel, so we can't really expect it to be that effective. I wish they had told us that before our purchase. Our previous unit didn't have that problem because the unit was installed in the middle of the roof, not the end of it. Today was a really hot day, and the living area was measured at 24 degrees on a 16-degree setting. Despite all their so-called warranties, I think I'll try and get another company to try and fix it, as calling out Alliance doesn't fix anything.

Unreliable - After waiting a week for an appointment, the team tried to call to cancel with less than a day's notice. They did not speak with me to confirm with me that I had received notice of the cancellation. I only discovered their unilateral cancellation after waiting for them for the 2 hour booking window, at the end of which I called to find out where the technician was.
