First rate service by Kye and his team (Jacky, Brody and Mia). Very punctual, polite and got on with the aircon installation job. The team worked from before 8am through to 3pm without breaks to complete the job, including cleaning up. Great service and really happy with the installation. I fully recommend the Alliance Climate Control team.

The whole process from seeing James as initial contact and the installation Team headed by Jonathan Juan Kim and electician Charles was seamless. They completed the install in 2 days and consulted us when things were unclear or needed to be changed. Also James so patient with setting up app on our mobiles. And they tidied and cleaned each day. About 15 months ago, this company installed a Daikin air con unit with two zones, costing a bit over $11K. We had previously had a Daikin that worked perfectly until it got old. previous one, and we had a lifetime workman guarantee. Nothing could be further from the truth. The unit worked just OK for a year (nowhere near as good as our previous Daikin). After a year, the back of the house never worked properly. On hot days, even at a 16-degree setting, our living area feels like warmish air being blown around the place. We had a lot of trouble getting people to come out in a timely manner. When they eventually came, the air flow in the living area would improve somewhat for a couple of weeks and then go back to not really working. The last time the technicians came, they said that because we had a long, narrow house, the air conditioning in our living area has a longer way to travel, so we can't really expect it to be that effective. I wish they had told us that before our purchase. Our previous unit didn't have that problem because the unit was installed in the middle of the roof, not the end of it. Today was a really hot day, and the living area was measured at 24 degrees on a 16-degree setting. Despite all their so-called warranties, I think I'll try and get another company to try and fix it, as calling out Alliance doesn't fix anything.

Easy to work with team who were able to do exactly what we needed in a timely, professional manner. Samet, Alex, Will, B.J, Theo, Eric and Liam were the sales and install teams that got us set up and were communicative, prompt and able answer all the questions we had with our set up.

Unreliable - After waiting a week for an appointment, the team tried to call to cancel with less than a day's notice. They did not speak with me to confirm with me that I had received notice of the cancellation. I only discovered their unilateral cancellation after waiting for them for the 2 hour booking window, at the end of which I called to find out where the technician was.

Don’t bother if you live in housing commission. They don’t insure housing commission tentants. Imagine hearing that when you call. I was dumbfounded. I had to control myself how can a company say that. Sorry I don’t live in no flashy house. Im sorry I live in housing commission.

before starting, and did an excellent job of keeping all the wiring and pipework as neat and hidden as possible. They wore overshoes, brought drop sheets and cleaned up after completing the installation. They are a bit pricier than other companies but the attention to detail, service and workmanship was worth it. Special thank you to Jake, Tommy, Shaad, Aaron and Aidan.

Connor serviced our air conditioning units indoors and outdoors. He was diligent and expert. He was also friendly, polite and took the time to clearly explain each item on the final reports. We’re very happy with the overall arrangement and results.

27 Mar 2026: Andres G came out to complete the annual maintenance on my aircon (Inv #85029), which Alliance installed last year. The unit was particularly dusty inside, and Andres carried out a thorough service and deep clean. He was professional, meticulous, and explained each step clearly in advance. He did a terrific job and left our apartment spotlessly clean. Thanks again to the Alliance team for consistently great service.

The guys (Ahmad, Louis, Charles, Daniel and Gianni) installed ducted air con over three days. They did an absolutely brilliant job and were very communicative the whole way. They removed the old aircon and patched and repainted the wall, and kept the whole place really clean throughout. I highly recommend them as a positive experience from first quote to last lick of paint.
