Nathan arrived spot on time. He replaced the heater, checked it and removed old one leaving the place clean. Plumber Mitch was excellent! – Mitch was courteous & efficient in his work, found the issue with leaking taps quickly and it was a relief that it was finally fixed. Moved on to the next job and again solved the problem within minutes… will definitely use Oz Warm again…
