being unwell, but they made up for it, and still did a great job. Caleb and team were professional, friendly, and polite. They kept a very tidy worksite, and the clean up after was good too. After the installation of my solar they explained what to expect afterwards, and also showed me the app that will work with my solar energy system.

The grid connection was organised by Expert Electrical, and they also kept me informed of the process, and what I need to do in terms of contacting my energy provider to notify and confirm with them that I have installed solar on my property.

On the whole I am very impressed with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have solar installed.

solar system has seen a sizable reduction in our power drawn from the grid. Expert Electrical were happy to provide quotes for multiple inverter brands and explained their panel recommendation in simple terms.

Installation was within 2 weeks which was great. The installers ( Maurice and crew ) arrived on time and were extremely professional and had the system up in no time. There were no issues with my desired inverter location (garage) and went beyond to make sure it was installed there.

Maurice was very apologetic when he discovered the inverter was dead on arrival, but had a replacement inverter installed within 3 working days.

The system is currently performing above my expectations and would happily recommend Expert Electrical.

Even after uncovering a serious non compliant issue left by the original electrical contractor, they left everything tidy and beautifully finished. Great product poor results – Product looks good but the purpose of generating not fulfilled. What's the point?

Poor job – Poor job done by them. All cables are open and dangerous. Hired electrician to fix it.

what you say is not properly functioning with the system. The reason you gave for this over the phone is that you cannot write or spell.

Despite this, we are instructed that you have placed a review for our client on the website ‘productreview.com.au’, which sets out a number of complaints about our client and the product and services which they provided you. As from to 20/04/2022 my power energy supply is been disconnected. Overhead Service Upgrade $1175.19 has not been paid I paid this to Expert Electrical Pty Ltd but Expert Electrical has not paid this to Ergon. So Ergon is been disconnected from to day 20/04/2022

You get to watch the performance on the system via an app and see exactly how much you use each day, how much you draw from the grid and best of all how much you put back into the grid!
