grace is that the garment that I ordered was actually pretty good, so I ordered another 3 years later. Now it is a different size even though they failed to update their sizing chart at the time that I ordered. 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for the correct garment.

here before we head on holiday . She told me she would send a tracking number when available but we all know how Australia post don’t work. So to my surprise my warm clothes arrived 2 days before leaving for Japan. Thank you blank clothing you made my holiday a lot warmer.

The service was fine and everything was delivered on time but the sizing was so out of whack with normal Australian sizing it was ridiculous. I ordered 3 different sized raglan t shirts for a social baseball team to try on before doing a bulk order but even the XXL was too small for most of the players. I'm 178cm and 88kg and normally wear a size L but even the XXL was far too small. I think I would have had to go up to a 4XL which is crazy.

the description. After they arrived I received a refund although $44.50 out of pocket short, they state that’s their refund policy, not what I was told on the phone previously. I also paid for return insurance on purchase. So the whole process was extremely misleading and misguided and my client was out of pocket $44.50 for items they received in full and could resell. They claim they charge a restocking fee, sorry to get them from the box and return to a shelf for resale, please this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. I will never buy from them again or will I recommend to anyone. Very sad that they steal from customers and think it’s perfectly within their right to do so. Never again!!! Bad business buyer beware.

I will not be ordering from them again. Order rain jacket which was in stock, only to be told 2 weeks later it was out of stock , I’m still waiting for it ,it has been almost one month…was told ship on 23rd April, not movement on tracking since then…buyers be beware…it would appear it’s been sitting in thin air…I’m still waiting on refund as of 13th of May…it’s now 19th May, still no refund…

A Little disappointed – A little disappointed in product due to the fact that I ordered the same product just in different colours, some were fitting, some shorter than other and one was not fitted and looked like a man's Tee Shirt

Never received my order – My parcel was lost/misplaced by the courrier company. Courrier company is SENDLE: they claim that they don’t have to get signature on delivery, nor have to provide picture of where the parcel was left.
