this and ask if I could get this going or expedited they were absolutely no help at all. I also asked about what their refund process looks like. They had explained and I said I would just rather wait until the dress comes to make a decision. They then sent me an email back to let me know they CANCELLED MG ORDER!!! I am extremely disappointed. I spend over $100 on each of these dresses. And am yet to recieve any information on whether the orders have been packed, shipped, literally nothing. Terrible customer service. They talk about how great their same day dispatch service is yet I ordered last week and there is still no information about mt order. I am down over $200, I’m stll waiting on one of my dresses, and my other order has been cancelled when I didn’t want that. I now do not have a dress for my events.

I ordered a dress weeks ago. Never arrived and after repeatedly chasing up, I was advised that it had been lost in transit. I am still waiting for my refund. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have ordered from Showpo on several occasions and have had a great experience every time. Customer service is always quick to respond and assist with any concerns. Returns have been handled quickly with no issues. I would recommend purchasing from Showpo. Show reply

Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a $200 gift card, assuming it would function as actual store credit — because that’s exactly what it is: money already spent. discount — it’s pre-paid money. Treating it otherwise feels misleading and unfair.

What made this even worse was the customer service. I received a response within 2 minutes initially, but as soon as I questioned and challenged the logic behind the policy, I was completely ghosted. No follow-up, no clarification, nothing. That level of service is unacceptable.

To make matters more frustrating, I needed this order for next week, which I had told them at the beginning of our conversation. Because of this situation and the lack of support, I’m now left with no viable option and completely inconvenienced.

Between the unclear policy, poor communication, and being ignored when raising a valid concern — this has been a really disappointing experience.

My daughter bought a dress that didn’t fit. Only tried on and then sent back in original condition with days as per the return policy. Received an email rejecting my return credit citing their policy but not clarifying which policy condition they believe was not met. So now they have both $180 of mine plus the dress. Rubbish service and dress quality awful. Completely see through.

Literally can’t rate Showpo higher. As a plus size girly their clothes have been amazing, some have been hit and miss however they’ve always been so quick to help and assist in returns or exchanges. I returned an item then received an email stating the item was returned in poor condition and that they would not be refunding me, which was incorrect. I reached out to Showpo and they quickly opened an investigation into the issue and were able to confirm my return was mistakenly mislabeled in the returns warehouse. Bought three dresses, unfortunately one did not fit was a bit too big and had to return, but the return process was extremely easy! I had questions regarding my return, I was able to chat with someone and get all my questions answered and my return was processed quickly.
