Sadly my item got ready for dispatch and was marked as “label created by sender”. JD Sport says it was collected by AusPost but they never marked it as collected. Maybe it never left the warehouse? Maybe AusPost lost it? I was told a refund was processed. 5 days later I chased the refund and was told it wasn’t processed but they have processed it now….lets see if I get my money back in the coming days.

They sent me the incorrect size and then tried to convince me that they had sent the correct size, despite me providing clear proof that they had not.I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the outcome. I had to use my own time to return the incorrect item in store to rectify an error that was entirely on their end. This has been extremely frustrating and an unnecessary inconvenience.

Great company but annoyed the hell out of me that they just go ahead and refund you for items that aren’t in stock but don’t tell you what items those are or even send you an email letting you know the items are out of stock and they will be processing a refund! Bit annoying when your depending on the items you’ve ordered and have also paid for express shipping!

Ordered 2oairs of trainers as they were 40% off and delivery was pretty quick. I have never had any issues with delivery or any products that I have purchased. Only thing I would suggest is in terms of improvement is that if someone is ordering multiple items and they are being dispatched separately from different stores/warehouses then do let the customer know.
