Body Corporate Strata Group

As an owner of a unit l participated in an annual general meeting today run by Body Corporate Strata Group (BCSG) via a teleconference call. This meeting was a great success. BCSG's representative Jade Magalona chaired the meeting and conducted the proceedings in a professional and efficient manner, was a good communicator, respectful and informative. An excellent job well done.

Surely the worst body corporate in Australia!! 8 weeks with no power to 5 factories and they have done sweet screw-all to help the situation. No temporary power offered, no communication, no attempt to sort out a short term solution, 1 particular discraceful employee who would never return calls, always absent and then conveniently left the business. Lol 5 stars for being trash house!

OC 24070 as chairperson I found the management team responsible for our OC to be resourceful, responsive and empathetic. The water leaks that occurred from the OC private water main were successfully dealt with, expensive but nevertheless solved.… Read more

I would run for the hills before engaging this company. Firstly, their supposed "local phone number" is not local at all - you are being diverted to an overseas call centre, and speaking to people who literally haven't a clue regarding anything to do with OC management. fashion, you can count on that! This company is only good for collecting OC levies and organising insurance (through their "side hustle" - so you're not offered a choice. They charge you for EVERYTHING - every phone call, every email they read or send - even when it's only attended to buy an overseas call centre. You get NOTHING for your money, bar one poorly held meeting per year, and which if it runs over one hour you get charged a stupendous figure for every small block of time. I don't know if all OC managers run this way - but it's why the industry is regarded the way it is. If you have a smaller complex, you'd be much smarter to run it yourselves, as all you're doing is paying these people for a service they don't deliver. Avoid!

The effectiveness of an OC management company is only as strong as the Building Manager assigned to manage the building. while I was OC Committee Chair, and also as an owner, and find that he is very knowledgeable and always very helpful with a positive disposition. Such rare qualities these days. He skilfully project managed some major repair works at our building last year and expedited the works to ensure minimal disruption to all residents. He acts promptly when building matters arise and provides excellent attention to the matter at hand. In addition, he has a great manner with difficult owners who don't always appreciate nor understand the effort it takes to manage a building such as ours. MJS Body Corp is one of the worst Strata Managers in the State, like most Body Corps they take your money but do nothing! Absolutely should be ashamed of themselves, I wouldn't recommended buying a place where they are managing!!

Unable to find their way out of a wet paper bag – Worst experience ever. This company was unable to get the administration of our building working over more than 12 months. as a managing agent, we were made to take them when they acquired our previous managing agent. They a difficult to contact and their payment process are opaque and poorly managed. This company should not be in this business.

I deal with many property managers and many struggle to simply reply to a email or pick up a call. I have found Natalia to be very helpful, very professional and very proactive which is rare. Look forward to having more dealings with Natalia. Highly recommend.
