I was Chairman when jG was appointed and he has never let us down – John Gray is an excellent Manager of our complex. He has a wealth of experience and is quick to respond. His background gives me much confidence in how he deals with all who come to Mariners. There are very firm rules in place in dealing with tradesmen and all know what is expected. Couldn't be happier

CMS A Poorly Trained Staff and a sloppily run company – If you are unfortunate enough to have CMS as your body Corp managers I feel sorry for you. Our committee have ditched CMS due to their poor performance, poorly trained staff and inability to respond promptly and honestly to resident's concerns. follow suit shortly. CMS have a massive staff turnover per annum. It is obvious why. Poor management and poor training.

Poor service – As a resident, this company is a nightmare to deal with. We pay the fees but get a terrible service. I vote we get a better management service. Hop Island Resort

John Meschiati knows all about this enormous complex, can manage all, never complains, is always ready to help. He works extremely hard. Haven't met Kiran Rhaj yet, but that's my fault. We've exchange emails (about garage doors and air con), and she has been right there for me. Show reply

Three stars for Cambridge is probably generous given their performance and fee structure but I happily give 5 stars to their on-site representatives Manager Kiran Rhaj and Maintenance Manager John Meschiati. John Gray – John Gray John is a great Building manager for the Mariners Reach complex He brings a wealth of experience to the position and is extremely knowlegable about a wide range of issues He is courteous and never fails to get back to one in relation to a problem

Co-operation the key – John Meschiati, Maintenance Manager, Mariner's Reach has been associated with our complex for many years. He is diligent and co-operative in attending to all maintenance matters and shows great camaraderie and care amongst the residents and contractors.

John Gray, Manager, Mariner's Reach – Manager, John Gray, has displayed great responsibility and follow through in attending to all matters concerning the day to day running of our large complex. He is thorough and shows excellent attitude in attending to both residents and contractors.

scheduling, e.g. weather delays and has developed a unique understanding of the idiosyncrasies of the specialized style of gates installed on site. Her ability to cope with our scheduling restrictions and the tenants demands is a polite and friendly manner is much appreciated by the MDI staff.

Polite , courteous and patient – Shanee Mulhearn is a great Facilities Manager, she has been extremely patient with our linemarking services due to EOY Back log and weather incoming. Polite, courteous and patient a pleasure to work with.

Thank you to Shanee for your promptness and decision making – From time to time I have reasons to speak and to meet with Shanee at properties that may have a problem or need viewing to make a decision. Jason Herrmann, Building Manager at Shea Residences – We bought and moved into Shea Residences two years ago and Jason Herrmann of Cambridge Management Services has been a godsend, even from before we moved in, helping us with some moving in teething problems. He has continued to be helpful when needed and nothing is too big a problem for him. He keeps the property very well maintained and is a very hard worker, even in the garden on some very hot days - he is a treasure.
