adjustable rings and they are all gorgeous and sturdy. I am very happy with all of them! I love the range of their products, it is hard to find modern but unique jewellery designs these days. The rings I bought in particular, I can dress them up, down, wear multiple rings or just have the one. They are perfect for any occasion!

find a phone number through Google. These concerns were misplaced because once they were able to get to my email they apologised because they had been swamped and so far could not be more helpful. Although I am yet to receive the new pairs, and I received a confirmation email that my order has been processed at no cost to me for a new pair of each at no extra cost.
I will post photos once I received them.
Posted this, my replacement earrings have turned up. Not just the single earring from each that was missing, but two whole new pairs of earrings. Please see the photos.

My order came so beautifully packed, the ring was so stunning! I had to send it back to exchange for a smaller size and they were fantastic to deal with! The quality is amazing, beyond my expectations honestly. I would definitely order again!

I was given several options to resolve the issue — receive the same item again, swap it for something different, or choose a 100% store credit refund. I really appreciated being given a choice.
