Site says same day delivery for metro areas. I'm Sydney metro. Ordered Friday morning and I only got a notification that the package was sent Monday at 4:30pm. I needed this over the weekend and wasn't able to get to a chemist in person, so now I'm overdue taking the medication. The only reason I went with this company is because they promised same day delivery.

website is terrible, i selected click and collect and it submitted it as delivery but it wasntr until the next day so it was too late for me as i had run out of medication and i take it daily. i tried to cancel the order and it said i had to do it on live chat. a bot asked for my info, then i waited and then the session canceled on me. still haven't been able to cancel my order

Absolutely terrible. For an Australian company, they dont have a number to call. The online help system is an outdated bot chat program and then script i ordered wasnt the right product. Asked to speak to someone and they cant/wont.

Chemist2U fast to resolve any mistakes made on their end with incentives that more than makeup for the mistake – I have used this service repeatedly. There have been mistakes on their end. part was the refund wasn't processed for 3 days so it did mean I was down $150 until the refund processed. That hurt, but they took such responsibility I cooled down about it.

Other than that, they've been incredibly prompt, kept great track of my meds - my meds come from my local pharmacy that knows me anyway, so it's been really handy. Considering the volume of medications I take, even on PBS, I often get free shipping anyway - as they do free ships of 3 medications or more and/or $75 orders or more. PBS is PBS - no extra charges - same prices as I'd pay at a pharmacy, only with the bonus of free shipping! I have not experienced any surcharges on medications like others - but I am on a pension so that's probably helped a little.

I almost gave a 4 star for the computer charging incident but after time to cool off, I have realised it was an excellent response to their muck-up and they took full responsibility. While I wish the refund was processed quicker, that's not the company's fault. They fixed the issue with the computer multi-charging within hours of me reporting it, so that was also addressed quickly.

paying for the service mostly, right? I have used Chemist2U one time previously with no issues, so I was not expecting any this time. I had a brand new eScript from my doctor with 2 supplies on it.

I submitted the order, and as expected a while later I got a new eScript token with 1 supply. Perfect. Then. I get a message from Chemist2U they are cancelling my order and delivery because my script has already been dispensed. A refund is being processed.

Trying to get hold of customer service is an actual nightmare. I was kicked out of 2 chat attempts on my mobile while in the line for a human, the only other option was email and there is no phone contact. I desperately needed to speak to someone, email was not an option so I logged in on my computer.

My medication is tightly controlled and regulated, not to mention my doctor monitors use quite responsibly. I was quite concerned that this dispensed medication had been pocketed by some unknown person and I would be trying to explain to EVERYONE that although it LOOKS like I just got 20, I actually didn't get them, and trust me bro, you know? That's quite anxiety provoking.

I called one of the two pharmacies I use regularly, just for advice on what to do in this situation, and they confirmed that yes, I had 1 supply on the new token I received after submitting the delivery order, and had been dispensed a supply today, but thankfully they were able to tell me where it had been dispensed from. You would not believe it; it was my other regular pharmacy near my work where I get scripts filled regularly.

I called the second pharmacy and spoke to their pharmacist who was just as confused. She had dispensed my medication and was waiting for Chemist2U to come and collect it for delivery. I am so lucky and grateful I already have a history and consumer relationship with the pharmacy that dispensed it.

I got dressed, drove into the city, paid for CBD parking, walked to the chemist and collected the medication paying Chemist2U pricing (which is $9 more than I would normally pay for this particular one more than double) I didn't mind that when I was paying for the service but I was really annoyed at paying it in these circumstances.

But, when I got home from all that, I finally had a response on the chat 2 mins before I sat back down at the computer to check. An hour from the time I logged into my 3rd chat attempt and had already sorted the whole thing myself.

To be fair, the customer service representative was really professional, empathetic, and helpful. Her name was [Name Removed] and if the company reads this, she is an actual credit to you.

She stated the pharmacy had advised Chemist2U the order had been dispensed somewhere else and they couldn't do it, and that's why the order was cancelled by then and refunded, but I don't believe that's true because they did dispense it and were waiting for the pickup to deliver it to me.

It just wasn't enough because I had already solved the main problem myself, and I knew a refund was being processed automatically when they cancelled my order. There was really nothing to resolve at that point and no help I needed.

I do believe the situation would have been resolved eventually by Chemist2U, had I not been able to and had the means to resolve it for myself, but I certainly wouldn't have had my pain medication tonight, and probably at least most of tomorrow being Saturday? If I even got it before Monday?

I can't post the screenshots, screen recordings and transcript of the chat I have without disclosing personal information. But I do have them.

In full transparency I advised the company I would be leaving appalling reviews everywhere I could for consumer awareness, I would really hope that some kind of process review is undertaken of the way tightly regulated medication is managed or customer support is prioritised.

This was a horribly stressful situation for me when I have been pretty unwell all week and had to rush into the city, sick, in peak hour, pay for parking and pay more than double to resolve the situation before I even had a response from customer support.

Had Wegovy previously from another company and it worked. The Chemist2U didn't work at all and they charged me $345.00 when the prescription stated $275.00. won't be using them again!

Scam! – I signed up for a service they said I qualified for and paid in full. Just FYI and for total disclosure, this happened 2 weeks ago, I have given them a chance to respond to my direct email and also to respond to me before I posted this review, and I have been ghosted, yeah, I know, totally professional.

problems with these people and recommend that you do not attempt phoning them as your call will be terminated. More distress than it's worth and will not be doing business with them again.

A solution in an emergency – I should have got my scripts filled earlier but time got away from me. Chemist2U was the solution. Efficient service. Easy to use.

Had a minor incident where I had initially received a script that came with refills, however when medication was dropped off the refills were not handed back, which caused a bit of strife for a week or two, however after contacting Chemist2U they were able to receive the refill scripts and had them emailed to me so all's well that ends well. I will definitely use them again, but not in an emergency situation. For the convenience factor, they are good.
