Clean and clear water recently moved our reverse osmosis system as we moved house and installed a three way mixer. They did an amazing job as always. Very professional, communicate well and look after the client.
Efficient and fast service dont even have to worry about changing the filter, they follow and remind you to do so. The tech was very professional at restoration.
I've been using clean and clear water for the last 10 years and we always stick by it because we love the good service this company provides and at such a reasonable price !!

I have had the 4/alkaline stage water system installed today tech came out and installed very nice and neat no mess left behind he even tested for chlorine between the tap and water filter (pink is tap water which means high chlorine) very impressed with quality of product, we ❤️ clean and clear and it’s only the start

Follow-up · Actually they call me when its time to change the filter depending on how many filters you have 12 to 24 months It was about 250 to 300 dollars It really does make a difference to your water One day I would like to do the whole house

I’ve had the system for a really long time and I’m now recommending my daughter to get one now too because it’s so much better and you can’t even taste the chlorine anymore , especially when it’s a year time and the old filters come out so dirty it’s so gross !

Filter service – I have used Clear and Clear Water for the last 3 years and my family and I are very happy with their service. A staff member Yusuf arrived today to replace the filters and as always its a great service. We are very happy with the way the filters clean our water. Not the quality specified on their website – Be warned they do not install the filter quality they specify on their website brochure. The installer arrived and drilled the hole for the tap and then proceeded to try and upsell, for an extra $95.00, a 1 micron ceramic filter, to replace the 5 micron sediment filter he was providing. I didn't want any upgrade, but I suddenly questioned what filters he was installing.
Both the sediment & carbon filters he was about to install were 5 micron (photos attached) When I questioned this and said these were not what their website brochure specified, he tried to tell me 5 micron was a finer filter that 1 or 0.4 micron.... when the opposite is true.
I rang Clean & Clear Water and said I was not proceeding as they were not installing the filter quality they specified.
The installer then spoke to his boss and was told to upgrade the sediment filter to the 1 micron ceramic filter .... at no extra cost!!
I said I was also not accepting the 5 micron carbon filter when a 0.4 micron carbon filter was specified…. After another chat with his boss and the installer offered to install a US brand 1 micron carbon filter that he had in his truck. (Photo attached). It seems they don't even stock the 0.4 micron option specified in their online brochure.
I declined as this was still not what was specified.
Also be warned, they don’t provide the leaver you need to undo the units if you decide to change the filters yourself.
