please stay away from this business. they showed up 2 hours late, damaged my frames, refused to fix or reimburse, refused to give a tax invoice, and forced us to pay their fees or they will rip out the glass.

Took full payment did half job only – They were very prompt in their response to get the job, but done half job and took full payment. Now not even answering phone call and showing no interest to finish the job properly. Very poor service. Not recommending this business, stay away.

Terrific job – I had the team at Crystal Glass come out and replace my shattered sliding door. They did a fantastic job and was really happy with the works

Great Services 100% Recommend – Raymond and his team are very experienced. Our replacement is a difficult one but they delivered impeccable services just within half a day. I feel I am lucky! Go with them and you won't regret it!

Not worth the headache – I had to reschedule the job more than three times. They didn't show up to any of the scheduled times and I was left waiting for them. Made the project very inconvenient. Ended up going with another company to complete the project.

returned phone calls or hung up. Went through NCAT and company has now been ordered to pay back the full amount to me based on evidence, They did not even turn up to the final NCAT meeting which says it all. That was months ago still no payment. Still chasing this business. Next step is court action and more costs. Don't make my mistake. Go elsewhere for glazing services.

Excellent outstanding in every aspect – Professional, quality and perfect, prompt service, better priced than the larger companies. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job the process was smooth which is difficult in today's trades.

No fuss, quality job! – Spoke with Raymond when another glass supplier let me down (postponing the repair twice and taking the window frame off site which I had to pick up). Raymond gave me a price over the phone with photos and dimensions which he honoured. The guys came at short notice and were earlier than planned. Exceptional customer service - highly recommend!

didn't even bother replying to me. The worst part was that he offered me a 'Discount' if I paid in cash! If that was his discount price what was the normal price lol Stay the hell away from this company! The biggest rip off ever and the worst customer service!

Absolute disgrace - stay clear – Quoted $650 and wanted to charge $880 on completion. Do not trust this provider under any circumstances. Do not trust this service provider under any circumstances unless you're accepting of a 50% mark up on completion.

Beware, these guys are crooks – Replaced glass and put it in the frame the wrong way and door wouldn't closed. Would reply to my calls to come and fix it. We had to get someone else in. Raymond and his crew should be avoided at all costs... Beware

Dodgy company – Bloke installed glass at my sister's place, panel was short and gappy around the edges, tried to patch it up with silicon, absolute garbage work, took the cash and ran, promised to come back. Constantly dodges it. We will be contacting ACA and fair trading if this is not rectified.

Disgraceful service and terrible experience – Do not use this company in any circumstance. Their work is sub-standard and dodgy. The owner promises to come back and then blocks your calls and does not repair the faulty work. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible experience – They did the work outside and broke a glass, after they left I discovered they had left scratches on our newly painted front fence and glass all over our driveway. When I rang to inform them, they said they would come back and fix but then never showed up and ignored my calls/messages.

quick and precise service! Highly recommanded! – I found my window glass broken at night. Called in the next morning and repaired in the afternoon! So prompt and precise service with a reasonable price! Thank you Raymond!

Dont use them!! – ordered glass when it was delivered it was too big. He said he would fix it never did then he eventually blocked my number reported him to fair trading had to take glass to supplier to fix but he wouldnt deliver back had to pay for delivery. It has taken 5 months for issue to be resolved.

Quick response time, friendly and quality installation. John was great. I would recommend these guys – We needed our glass door replaced urgently and they came ASAP. We have young kids and my son broke the glass door and we wanted quality safety glass. John was friendly, fast and reliable.

same thing as he said on the first cancellation day but promised that he should be coming over soon. 3 hour 30 mins later since the scheduled time, he still hasn't showed up, so I cancelled the appointment. I don't see any respect to customers, which is quite disappointing.
