Great product, the item fits well and is very comfortable. Well worth the money as I needed a well fitting bra for work. Great that there are larger sizes without the huge cup size as usually a larger size means a large cup size too! Not the case with my measurements! to a lovely lady who was very helpful. Told her what size are usually take in a bra and she suggested one or two different bras so I bought them. But when they arrived they were not right for me. So I had to return them. They made their process so easy to return things to them and it didn’t take them long to refund the money into my account. It’s just a pity they do not have stores where you can go and try things on and be properly measured, I was a bit disappointed as I had spoken to one of the staff and thought these things would be right for me . As I live here in Melbourne and they are in Queensland. I rang them and told them that what I purchased did not fit properly, and the woman explained the return policy to me and I was very surprised. I didn’t have to pay for the postage to send it back to them. Very nice people to deal with just a pity they are in Queensland. I wish they would think about opening up some stores so you could go and try their range of things on please think about it it would be helpful for us big busted women like me

fee’. THEN, to add insult to injury you are charged $10 for a suppose “HANDLING FEE” when items are returned. Really!!! to open a packet and put the items back on your shelf !!! NONE OF THIS IS MADE CRYSTAL CLEAR UPON PURCHASING. IF IT HAD BEEN, I WOULD NEVE, EVER, EVER HAVE DONE A PURCHASE WITH THEM. THEY RIP YOU OFF, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HIDE THE FACT. So, overall they have RIPPED ME OFF $20…just to try on 2 of their REALLY, REALLY, REALLY BAD FITTING BRAS. THEIR PRICING IS ALSO NOT CHEAP. SO, BEWARE CONSUMERS they are a ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’ profiteering off people’s hard earned money without any second thought. There’s a special place for these type of people. weeks. I reached out and had some help from the team regarding measurements and some advice on what to change to fit better. I had some very friendly help and ended up settling on trying a band size down and a much bigger cup size- sounds simple but I had thought I was already in a good fit for cup size and yet since this advice I’ve purchased 2 bras that are 3 and 4 cups bigger with smaller band and they fit MUCH better, and so far are staying that way! Shipping is well tracked and I like that I can order the correct size even if they need to have it shipped from a supplier (or wait for it to come in before shipping?). Products arrive in good condition and the exchanges if needed are simple and fast too. I highly recommend Curvy to all, I don’t buy my bras from w anywhere else currently.

Excellent prices. Excellent customer service. Fast delivery. Provides video virtual fitting free of charge. Have used this twice as had wrong size. When replacement came, had another fitting to check. Nothing was too much trouble. The service is really second to none. Fitter is extremely knowledgeable and very patient! A huge red flag for me when a company has your credit card details and can process your payment without you entering them. Now to spend hours tracking down where they came from. Cancelled my order which was refunded. BIG RED FLAG

I loved the bra once I found one that fit - the long line band and deep plunge are really useful - but it took me three tries to find the correct size because the cups are so loose and the bands are so tight. I ended up with a bra one cup size down and three band sizes up from my usual size. Again, love it now that I finally found the right size, but be prepared for some trial and error, because the sizes do not match standard.

Really disgusted with this brand’s customer service. I contacted the company multiple times regarding a faulty swimsuit I received, where the wire was sticking out and digging into my side when I tried it on. I sent three separate emails over the course of two months, followed up through the website contact form, and never received a single response. I even checked my junk mail to make sure I hadn’t missed anything.

Look, I understand some items can’t normally be returned. I was more than happy to work with them on a solution, whether that was an exchange, store credit, or something else. I completely understand there are policies around these items. But the issue was that the item was faulty, and I didn’t receive a single acknowledgment or reply from anyone.

After waiting over two months with no communication, I ended up placing the faulty item in the return bag with my other returned items because I couldn’t even wear it due to the wire poking into my side. I also included copies of my emails in the bag to show I had been trying to contact them the entire time.

They processed the refund for the other returned items, but not the swimsuit in that return bag, so that was $100 lost. That item in the return bag was never acknowledged or followed up with me.

The most frustrating part isn’t even the item itself it’s the complete lack of communication. Being ignored for months over a faulty product is really disappointing and honestly not a brand I’d want to purchase from again. If I could give them no star for there custom service I would.

So easy to find the size of bra you need and then match up with the design and colour you would like. I have, so far, bought 3 bras from Curvy and am totally in love with them. I am so fed up of my old "balcony" bra straps falling off my shoulder - those bras should crossover at the back to stop that. I needed to buy a supportive post- surgery bra quite quickly. The Express postage service was brilliant and arrived super quickly.
