Second time I have used Danesh and again they didn't disappoint. Easy to order, good value exchange and fast delivery even into a rural NSW address. Great that I could readily get smaller value notes in a currency (Korean Won) that is not a main destination.
Follow-up · Answering queries: Fast delivery to a rural coastal NSW address, online process was simple, although the second time round there was a glitch during the online order process so I rang the number and was quickly answered by a human who was very helpful. The Korean won denominations provided were 10,000 and 50,000 - I found these good when travelling as plenty of small notes but without too much bulk.

recommended going with Western Union, but directly through them as an agent. They gave me a quote, and while it would cost us more than many of the online options the process seemed to be very straight forward. I was told that my friend could receive the cash within 10 minutes, and that I could receive a text when they picked up the money.
We initially tested the system out with a smaller amount and it worked very well, and so we went ahead and sent the rest of the money through without a problem. I was very impressed with the service, and Ali responded very quickly to my email inquiries. I can easily see why these guys rate so well, and I highly recommend them.

date, that in itself was amazing! The money arrived before my overseas trip, in which the short timeframe was my main initial concern, plus the time for my bank to process funds. But, I was rest assured everything was on time, nothing was a problem. *If I can make one suggestion for the future, it would be sending out a confirmation email to say when the money has been received, it would just help, especially for first time online ordering customers.. ;)
I'd refer any family, friends, (or anybody!) to use this service, and I'd definitely use the service again without hesitation. I never made any calls to DE so I cannot leave feedback about that, but I'd assume the service would be top notch. I wonder if the launch of an app would be possible in the future? I made an order at night time and locked in the advertised daily exchange rate, I paid a reasonable $10 postage, and then bam! Funds received. I will note though that I couldn't pay with Poli because I use ING Direct, but I sent a Facebook message and was given bank details to pay via bank transfer the next morning. Easy as! As a side note, I made my order from Perth. Forget the banks and other currency exchange places anywhere else Australia wide, this is it!!

trip to Bali (we have been going since 1980) I again went to the Web to find the best deal. On paper Danesh definitely had the best rates, but does it work? Firstly, they didn't specify a set quantity of AUD before they would accept an order (I didn't want AUD 300 minimum, I would rather wait until I got there and chase better rates). Ordering was easy, paying was easy and the follow up emails even easier. I was told it would be there at the rural Post Office on Friday. The emails advising me it was there arrived on Thursday. Two days! Pick up at the PO was easy as well, produce your drivers licence, sign and that was it. When I got home there was a cardboard box and inside a Star Track/Danesh envelope wit the cash inside. How easy was that, with the best rates and the fees more than acceptable. I will be using Danesh form now!
Follow-up · In answer to the questions - pickup was from the local post office. I was advised by Danesh that it was at the PO and all I had to do was produce my drivers licence. Great exchange rate and fast delivery of the currency I required. I wanted a mix of currencies this was no problem. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM EXCELLENT!!!

i asked at the post office they had no record of deliver, because the normal procedure is that they receive money as a money deliver, not a parcel deliver, count the money to show correct amount in front of customer who then signs for it. They also store it in there safe overnight. It was only that the postmistress remembered that a parcel with my surname had come in the previous evening and put in general parcel section. They refused to count money because i had to open box and they had no record that it was a correct money transfer. If you're going to ship money you should know what the correct postal procedure is.
How can Danesh Exchange improve? I got sent a USD 100 dollar bill with a rip in it. In Rwanda no one accepted the 100 bill with the rip in it and it caused some inconvenience as I didn't take a lot of cash with me. Danesh Exchange offered a refund if I paid for a registered envelope - $7 - to return it. I thought they could have covered the $7… Read more
charge given it was their fault, and had caused the inconvenience. Australia Post also has a recommendation not to send cash in the mail. The original USD cash was simply sent in a box to my post office of choice. The Australia Post staff were shocked and said I was very lucky to receive it. I'll use Travelex next time who offer a more secure postal transfer, and don't send ripped notes.
watch the dead costs – rates are fair and you deal with human beings, however they don't honor contracts and I would'nt use them again.

Hi there We wanted to buy some SOL and found Danesh online. The order process was easy and even though I don’t have internet banking I was able to go to a bank and deposit the money which suited me. The money was easy to pick up from the post office. I would highly recommend using this currency exchange!

My wife and I, and also our kids (separately to us) have been doing quite a bit of traveling lately. For each trip to europe, uk, usa ETC we have used Danesh Exchange to cash ourselves up with local currency for we are headed to. We have found their service to be prompt and exemplary. We have no hesitation in recommending their services to any persons heading off overseas.

This is the fourth time I've used Danesh Exchange. On the first occasion there were some reservations about an online currency exchange service but I didn't need to be concerned. On each occasion I have used Danesh exchange the process has been simple, the exchange rate one of the best and delivery punctual with the correct amount arriving each time. I have already been recommending Danesh Exchange to family and friends!
At first, it felt a bit dodgy and I only went ahead online because a friend recommended it. After sending the payment I started second-guessing myself. But in the end, I realised I should’ve done this years ago. I’m very impressed and now have my new exchange with no fuss. Thanks, Danesh team!
