I ordered some product on Wednesday night and received it on Friday. The product is always a good price and well packed. The webpage is easy to navigate and easy to order from. The product which I ordered comes in various sizes and types. And Discount Chemist has all of these available at good prices.
Prescription medication of $500 did not arrive and pharmacy are unwilling to assist. Do not purchase from this chemist as they do not follow NSW legislation requirements or ACCC guidelines. Consumer beware. Show details

I believe they do provide excellent discounted products which other chemists wouldn’t price match. Some of them say it is less than our costs price . I recently purchased Amorolfine Nail Lacquer 5ml at $26.41 ; unbelievable price that Is almost half the original price . I would recommend them as alternatives to big pharmacists warehouses etc .
Ordered paid on 1/12/25 received on 5/12/25. No contact details provided but happy with my order. Was a bit concerned after read the negative feedbacks but I’m very happy with my order. Lucky i guess Cans a bit dented but with the price i got it for. I can’t complain
I've actually had a really good experience with this company. I ordered some sustagen which was on a good sale and it arrived in a reasonable time in perfect condition. I did send one query about whether my other had been dispatched and received a prompt reply

I was so surprised why they could get too much worst comments but I will give this online store a very good comment. Because according to their instructions, exactly 5-7 business days for processing the payment from 25/10/25, then 03-11/25 sent me another email confirming 5-7 delivery. up on their website, so l clicked on and yes it was there. I called approx 3 times and left messages as l, did not want an, extra postage fee to order. No answers and no response to messages, left within half an, hour of finalising the initial order. I then emailed them in real time and that was replied, to hours later, with sorry too late, to change the order. I emailed back to say, l had made many attempts, to contact them almost, immediately after the initial order. I was then emailed back, advising that the company, works in real time, and was unable to help, so please re-order if, the product is required. $20.00 postage is expensive, for just 2 tubes of ointment. My advice is, if someone from Victoria, is a loyal customer and the mistake is on your, own Website then own it. 40g Avène tube only came up, on your own website even though l entered 100g, so l assumed it was, not available. At the very least, answer the phone or respond to emails in reasonable and also real time. I am certain you, could have added, the Avène products to the order, even if you had, to cancel and refund the, original order for me to, re-order with the, extra Avène products. The Avène creme is required, after a serious skin, cancer operation This is absolutely unreasonable, that you chose this option, over customer service. Maybe $20.00 extra postage meant more.
Ship damage tin formulas and wante to keep it. Wonder why they sell cheaper. Beware.

protection packaging in summer heats (other companies provide this for the simple reason that it is needed). Mine were delivered to a postage collection locker in full sun. I collected them as soon as I finished work that same day and they were hot to touch. When I emailed the company to let them know what had happened, that the product was now unusable, and to request a refund, they tried to claim they have no responsibility for their delivery temperatures because the item is "shelf stable". A shelf isnt 40°... and shelf stable probiotics are still destroyed if they are exposed to high heats.
Had to exchange way too many emails before they finally agreed to a refund, and they are still claiming I have to pay the $15 postage return cost.... for their bad delivery processes.
Really frustrating waste of time and money. Steer clear of these guys!

this time. Because the issue was not progressing, we opened a PayPal dispute. Only after the dispute was opened did the pharmacy finally send a prepaid return label. At that point, because the medication was urgent and the delay had already become excessive, we agreed with the pharmacy that: • we would place a new order and pay again (AUD 191) to receive the medication urgently • they would refund the original order once the returned parcel was received The second order arrived quickly. We returned the incorrect first order and tracking confirms the pharmacy received the parcel. Instead of issuing the promised refund, the pharmacy uploaded an OLD tracking number from a previous shipment (delivered on 5 January) to PayPal and used it to close the dispute in their favour. As of today, the refund has not been issued and we are still trying to resolve this. Final result: • AUD 166 lost for returned goods • AUD 191 paid again to receive the correct medication • Over a month of emails and unresolved communication Their prices may look attractive, but the post-purchase experience and risk are absolutely not worth it.

Know better, choose better.
It took over 3 weeks to deliver a much-needed medical product for my daughter who has a terminal illness. No updates given. Eventually, replied to my emails over 2 weeks after they had taken the money. When the product arrived, the box was broken. I was forced to order the same product from another business, it arrived in 5 days, only because of the weekend it took longer to arrive.

defective and caused issues for some babies.
When I raised this with customer service, I was told they were “waiting to hear back from the company.” This process dragged on for over four months with no real resolution.
Recently, they responded by offering only a 10% discount on my next order, stating they had no record of issues reported and would not provide a partial refund.
In short, I was strung along for four months, only to have my request denied.
I would not recommend doing business with this company. Even if the price seems good, don’t expect support if you run into any issues.
Follow-up · No return was offered. The delay was them wasting time and pretending to contact the manufacturer when they never did. The other half of the order was fine.
wish there is a option for zero star. They are scamer. Never buy from them. Almost three weeks and didn't received the product. Also no communication. i asked for my money back and hopefully i will get it back otherwise i have to go through fair trading. I wont let go this fraud easily.

store they were $40 and online, the cheapest I could see were at Chemist warehouse at $34.99. Other sites such as eBay had the item at prices up to $59, would you believe!
Then I saw Discount Chemist website. It was priced at $17.83. I immediately wondered if there was a catch, which is why I checked it all out so carefully. Postage was an extra $10.69, taking the total up to $28.52 but that was still a bargain price with delivery.
I ordered on 21 April. I then, very shortly after, received an email to say my order had been received and was being packed and I would be sent a tracking number once it was on its way. They followed through with this and I received my package yesterday, 24 April. The company is based in Sydney and I am in Melbourne. This is excellent service, in my opinion.
I'd say that if you're after a pharmacy type item, it is worth checking out Discount Chemist.
From the time I placed my order to the time I received my product, had a few queries which I sent via email. Each email was replied very promptly and solved my query. I requested for a replacement product and instead of listening to my request they went and issued a refund without even speaking to me. When asked why he made up a story that he issued the refund before reading my email. Another lie. No one rings you back. He claims all managers are in meetings. Yet they never ring back. More lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed order on 11th June for 6 items. On 12th notified items picked on their way. 18th parcel arrived minus one item. Contacting Discount Chemist is extremely difficult. After 3 days of trying I managed to speak to a representative. Accordingly my parcel was overweight and therefore item excluded. I received no communication regarding this and was told that I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund.

Ordered prescription medicine using express post on the morning of 1 April. Order still showing "processing" after a week and according to customer service (very slow to respond) it has been sent, yet can't provide a tracking number. Now a week later, still waiting :-(

I accidentally bought 3 x 2kg tubs of the wrong type of protein and they refused to let me send them back for a refund, less than 2 weeks since I received it. I will never buy from them again, which is fine because I found a cheaper place with much better customer service.

Unfortunately, my recent order arrived missing items due to a fulfilment error. Although a refund was issued, resolving the issue required several follow-ups and I still needed to pay shipping again to reorder the items. Communication was polite, but the process took longer than expected and the final solution didn’t fully address the inconvenience. Hopefully this is improved in future.
Had the same experience of other reviewers. Received an email stating that there was a discount code for my next purchase if I left a review. Left a review and no discount code was received. When contacted, they replied it was an IT issue. It never got resolved after a week and would not provide a one-off code. Was a repeat customer but this experience has totally turned me off them.
It took weeks for my order to arrive, and only after numerous emails where I had to threaten to report them with Fair Trade and leave negative reviews. They ignored most of my emails, no tracking provided. Do not trust!!
