I can't speak highly enough of Alf from Easi and how he made the experience of getting my first lease vehicle seamless and definitely "Easi". From the first call to picking up my new vehicle was very straightforward and hassle free. I was kept up to date all the way too which was fantastic. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend Anthony Pasla highly enough. He went above and beyond, answering my many questions and helping me secure my new car and lease.
Anthony from Easi made the process so easy and carefree for me.
Dealing with easi was quite straightforward. We wanted a BYD and it turns out their local branch was not really established, which caused a few hiccups. That was not easi's fault and in the end everything turned out just fine. Thanks to Anthony Pasla who kept in touch daily on the follow up.
Customer service on point - Emma P was brilliant. Pricing (finance rate) was competitive and were lease inclusions. Overall, very good process from start to signing lease and picking up car.
The vehicle arrived about a week ago. Abby Manson and Easi have been helpful, patient & friendly to deal with and Abby and Easi made the process, stress free with regular updates. We kept making changes to the extras we wanted and every time, Abby quickly sent through revised quotes for us to consider. NO hard sell. Abby responded promptly to our many questions. So far HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

English, especially for a woman. At the start I did not know what vehicle I wanted but when speaking with Chad he helped me and went overboard to find the best deal for me. I explained to Chad what I wanted in a car and Chad did his work and found me the car I wanted and it was at a good price thanks to Chad. I was always kept up to date with the progress of my lease. When i needed to delay my lease start date for a few months there was no issues. The service was amazing.

Driving an unlicensed vehicle for 2 days- no response from Easi – Got an automated email ahead of my rego being renewed by 30th September that Easi would pay this, or contact me to arrange other methods if there wasn't enough in my account. from Easi, despite it being their fault I couldn't drive my unlicensed vehicle). Not to mention, the potential legal liability here if I had an accident during those 2 days (potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars for me, and you know who I would be suing to get that back!). They seem quite happy to leave you in the lurch and also risk their business on mismanagement.
Have sent numerous emails to numerous addresses. No response. Funnily enough, it was escalated to the general manager of Paywise who called me within a couple of hours of emailing my employer, and also gave me email addresses of several people at Easi. Still no response. Says a lot about them that their competition cares more than the company.
No wonder Easi's contract didn't get renewed with my employer. I only wish I had delayed getting my lease so I would be with Paywise.

need of a new car after ours unexpectedly died, and unfortunately there were delays with some of the other parties involved in getting everything finalised. These delays were not caused by EasiFleet, but Chad went above and beyond to keep following things up, advocating for us and pushing to get everything moving at every stage.
His communication, support and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. He genuinely seemed to understand how important it was for us to get back on the road and did everything he could to help make that happen.
We’re so grateful for Chad’s help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering a novated lease. Five stars!

I can’t speak for every consultant but I had Jakob Barnett! He was absolutely incredible. I must have made 20 changes to my quote over a month with trying to decide on a car and price. Not once did he make me feel like it was to hard, he always had the answers I needed and was available or would call back promptly. I usually get quotes to find cheapest price but honestly his customer service made me not bother. Absolutely legend. Thanks Jakob.

Been with easifleet for almost four years. I wouldn't recommend. Employer makes payments and it then takes easifleet 2 sometimes even 3 weeks to update your account, meaning your account is always in the negative and impossible to get a reimbursment. Account fees are high and if you do go with them choose your own insurance. Show details
Overcharged 8 thousand dollars for a vehicle that was written off and they were sent and acknowledged receipt if documentation. Failed to update contact details as well so my fuel card went to the wrong address
Inconsistency between salary deductions and Novated Lease account – I am with Easifleet now for three years and I cannot reconcile what is paid into my Easifleet account and what is deducted from my salary. I have asked for assistance with this for three months now and it is not resolved.
