I also really appreciate that NLA has a modern app where the monthly budget and all the important figures are clearly shown. It makes tracking everything so much easier compared with some other lease companies that don’t offer this option.

after trying the Sealion 7, and Reagan updated my quote quickly and without any fuss. There were some significant delivery delays due to the huge demand for BYDs, which was completely understandable considering I was part of that demand! Reagan kept me updated throughout, and NLA even arranged for the car to be delivered directly to me once it arrived, which was incredibly convenient. She was knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and incredibly helpful, and put in a considerable amount of time working through the issues and providing the clarification needed to ultimately get the lease across the line.
What I appreciated most was that Simone never made me feel like anything was too much trouble. She stayed across the process, followed things through and genuinely worked hard to find a way forward when complications arose.

Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain the complex tax structures and running budgets in a way that was both concise and detailed. She was highly responsive via both email and phone, meaning I was never left waiting around or wondering what the next step was.
The only downfall of the whole process was the waiting game with the external finance company to finally push the paperwork through. It got quite frustrating, especially with Tesla pushing hard to get the vehicle registered before the end of the financial year. However, this really wasn't Minnie’s fault at all. She was incredibly reassuring and explained clearly that the bank's finance team was just facing a massive backlog due to the EOFY rush.
Ultimately, she put together an incredibly competitive, great quote and handled everything with absolute professionalism from start to finish. I am thrilled with the final result and love the car. If you are looking into a novated lease, I highly recommend asking for Minnie!
