fortnightly expected as highlighted for one of the most cheapest cars was $450 when it actually was $700 plus. The lease insurance is 5x normal car insurance and overall probably would have been cheaper to just get a car loan and pay a normal car loan over 5 years, and to not own/have a $20,000 balloon at the end and no car otherwise. In hindsight would never do a novated lease ever again and especially with deceptive contracting and marketing.

he claimed he can't see anything wrong from his end.

It took 6 months to get solid evidence that he's ripping off me from there. When confronted, he quickly updated my account with all the money he stole and says it was a simple mistake.

I didn't even get the full refund as he claimed some 'special admin fee' for some items which never mentioned anyone.

Avoid this guts like a plague.
