Alissa is friendly, caring, and made the whole process much more enjoyable and stress-free. That probably says it all, because here I am less than two months later, coming back to her again for a quote on my second EV!

I also really appreciate that NLA has a modern app where the monthly budget and all the important figures are clearly shown. It makes tracking everything so much easier compared with some other lease companies that don’t offer this option.

he claimed he can't see anything wrong from his end.

It took 6 months to get solid evidence that he's ripping off me from there. When confronted, he quickly updated my account with all the money he stole and says it was a simple mistake.

I didn't even get the full refund as he claimed some 'special admin fee' for some items which never mentioned anyone.

Avoid this guts like a plague.
