Plastic fallen hair! Clippings from salon floors made into hair with plastic – Plastic mixed with fallen hair. Literally the worst quality extension ever! I paid for remy real hair!! But as soon as heat touched it you can see and smell the shrivelled up burnt plastic hair!!! I paid too dollar for this too!!! Same price I paid for hair from another brand except the other brand actually was legit real hair! Not “plastic fallen hair”

No more thin hair – I love my Clip In Hair Extensions. Over the past few months, i've had a lot of my hair fall out, and i was embarrassed to go out in public. The hair extensions i bought are great quality, and have solved my problem. Easy to use, add great volume, and im in love with them

Buyer beware! – Terrible service, average product. My first order was cancelled after 2 weeks, 5 emails sent and no response, then a generic email that I'd receive a refund. Took another 3 weeks for the refund. Zero communication. 2nd order - Have had the extensions in for a week, have already cut 2 inches off because they felt like doll hair on the ends, now the ends are just as bad as before the cut. Don't waste your money!

Quality is Incredible! – I purchased 160g Clip Ins, and they are such amazing quality. I get comments all the time when i wear them, that i look great. People cant figure out whats different about me, but just that i look great and healthy, they ask me what have i been doing?.....i have a silent giggle because i know its my clip in hair extensions.

Terrible product and service - stay away! – No responsive via email, webpage enquiry or Facebook messenger enquiry over a number of weeks. I did receive my order unlike many but asked to return as hair was awful like horse hair. I will be returning to sender and forcing a charge back. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed – I’ve been their long time service customer and had really good experience with them. Their extensions have been amazing and quick delivery. For the first time I had really bad experiences. It was out of stock, emails back and fourth. They said my extensions will be in stock last week. I emailed again when it’ll be shipped. was delivered after just a few days. It has been SIX WEEKS+ now since my return was delivered to them and have yet to receive an actual refund. FYI, the package wasn’t even opened!! I ordered the pony tail extension to wear at work but after I had placed the order, work grooming standards had changed and hair has to be in a bun so I knew I had to return it but it was already in transit so I had to wait for delivery. Therefore, package was still sealed! My first email was to confirm if they have received it. Their response was “I have sent an inquiry to our warehouse manager. I will let you know as soon as I hear her response.” Heard nothing back from them so in my second email I asked for an update. Their response “I am waiting for an update from our warehouse team. Our sincere apology for the long wait”. Again, didn’t hear back so in my third email I’m asking for an update AGAIN. Their response “So sorry for this. I am still waiting for an update. We received a few parcels but they are now in quarantine and sanitation.” FOURTH email I sent I get this response.. “We hope this email finds you well. I would like to apologize for this delay. We are having an issue with our system. We are doing everything to fix this as soon as possible. We are extremely sorry for the delay but I am hopeful that you will understand that this delay happened. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.” My response to that and FIFTH email I say “I understand the delay but I am not been given any updates unless I email first multiple times. My tracking shows the return was delivered weeks ago. I have been patient with this delay but it would be nice to receive regular updates without me having to constantly email first. Do you have any updates?” It’s been a week now since that last email and NOTHING!! No response! Pathetic excuses, throwing blame to the warehouse and then the typical “we are having issues with our systems” excuse. After all that, they still couldn’t tell me if they received my bloody parcel!! This company hasn’t even had the courtesy to email me with a simple update. Even if there was no update, an email would’ve been appreciated. I have no choice now but to take further action. Fair Trading and consumer affairs will be involved. If you can’t process returns, change your return policy.. SIMPLE!

Do not purchase – I purchased Eden hair extensions for my wedding, was told they were out of stock and would be in stock within 2 weeks. 3 weeks had past and still not in stock, I then asked for a refund. SCAMMERS – I purchased hair extensions. Was not happy with the quality so returned them unworn as i knew they would be horrific. Followed up on my return after weeks of not having anything processed. They don’t refund you! – The hair arrived and wasn’t the right fit for me so I followed their return and instructions and sent them back over 5 weeks ago now. I’m yet to get a refund or a straight answer about why they’re not processing it, they just keep saying “sorry we’ve escalated this” and asking me to wait but no straight answers about what’s happening with my refund. I went to the public toilets to see what I can fix, and my girlfriend just told me to take them out because her words "they were disgusting" and made my hair look really ratty.
