I recently purchased a walking treadmill that functioned well for 3 days then refused to work. The manual was consulted and the troubleshooting section was run through twice all to no avail. I contacted Everfit 3 times through their convoluted website with receipts, photos and video and heard nothing back from them, it took the retailer to step in and try to help. Steer clear of EVERFIT! Everfit Warranty. I approached the company to report the cracked backboard and safety concerns i had of shards of perspex falling on my son. I did not receive an apology. The company has refused to provide me with the part so I can replace it. If I was cynical I believe the company policy is to pressure customers to buy a whole new system. Do your homework, outdoor perspex backboards should not crack and splinter and fall on children. Check the warranty and go with a reliable outdoor basketball brand.

monitor/ timer will auto shut-off, "After 4 minutes of stopping use, the electronic watch will automatically shut down". It doesn't do this, and I'm having to change the batteries (x2 'AAA') every two days or so.
The second issue is that the advertisement makes it appear as though the rowing machine is bluetooth compatible, it has bluetooth symbols and says "app. bluetooth connect" among other statements regarding the rowers bluetooth capability with the recommended app. (FitShow). For which, yes, the app. is able to connect with a bluetooth device, however, there is no indication in the rowers manual (other than when it refers to the app.) or on the products box that the machine itself has bluetooth.
Upon bringing this second issue to Everfit (specifically asking whether my machine actually has bluetooth or not), I was, in two seperate emails, sent incorrect info regarding diagnose of bluetooth issues, first for a treadmill, then for a mains wall socket powered rowing machine (my model doesn't use mains power, just two 'AAA' batteries).
After a few back and forth emails, I still don't have a clue whether my machine can connect to the app., and have been inputting my workout parameters manually (bluetooth was a selling point for me when purchasing).
Just to be clear, the first email back from everfit let me know the model number to my machine (it says it nowhere in the manual or on the machine itself, so I asked). In saying that, they definitely knew which machine they're supposed to be helping with.
As for the monitor not auto-off'ing' issue, Everfit directed me to contact the retailer I purchased this machine from, which is fine, I am in the process of contacting them now.
The quick email replies and intention to help was good from Everfit, however, the important points weren't even to do with my machine (with no clarification), I had to ask repetitively about the bluetooth and I STILL DON'T KNOW IF MY MACHINE HAS BLUETOOTH!

Silly me, purchased another trampoline through Harvey Norman on the same day *12th Dec 2025* because I was desperate for a trampoline for my nephews CHRISMTAS present...which they "outsource" through everfit again, I thought, ok my first experience was horrendous but Im sure it was a one off , its saying on the Harvey Norman website that its in stock to be sent from warehouse 1-2 business days so SURELY it is IN stock. see online state speed in km it did come as a surprise. For the first week I didn't realise until I upgraded my fitbit, then I worked it out thanks to distance on my fitbit being so much different. My daughter has a different everfit treadmill purchased from kogan and that is in km. When I reached out to everfit I was told this can't be changed. It is not a deal breaker just very annoying.
After some back and forth with everfit I have reviewed my review and down graded it. Either this treadmill is in miles or its calibrated wrong. I can't set the speed any faster then 3.5 for walking or I would be jogging. If this is km then I walk faster outside. I walk 5km in just over an hour there is no way this speed is 3.5kph as simple math means I wouldn't be walking the 5km my fitbit tells me I am walking. Everfit refuse to acknowledge there is something a miss even suggesting that the variation in distance on the treadmill to my fitbit is because I vary the speed during my walk

rear back feet snapped off in quick succession and on ringing support i was told that I just can’t get replacement rear feet.
Unbelievable !!! as it’s a cheap moulded plastic part which can be affixed easily at home by the customer.
So now I’m using a couple of stone pavers as rear feet as i’m not going to throw this baby out with the bathwater given it’s otherwise in good working order.
My advice is before buying any such product check that there’s decent well reviewed domestic support behind it.

I cannot even understand why they need an order number to sell a part, and after trying many times to negotiate with them they would not budge and sell us the part without an order number. So essentially, we have to purchase a whole new basketball system just to get a rim. Absolutely disgraceful Everfit, you need to look at your policies NOW, and update yourself with the times. I do not recommend anyone purchases from Everfit, especially when the reason we needed the replacement was becuase the rim was damaged when the $800 basketball system blew over in the wind; even when the system's base was full of water and 8 sand bags ontop. Unable to be used – I paid a professional to have this assembled While it looks great I am unable to use it. There appears to be nothing that allows the tension to be altered and it is too heavy for me and i can even do one stroke / movement. I need to dial down the pressure but dont seem to be able to.
