dumbbells, and they are just worth their hype. They are amazingly built and will last for generations. I also bought a pair of FORCE USA collar, which unfortunately had a minor defect. However, this is where Gym and Fitness after-sale customers service comes in, they really live and breathe customer service (special call-out to Amory!). It was such a simple process to explain to them the defect issues, and within a day, their customer service team responded and advised on the replacement shipment!

Highly recommend Gym and Fitness for all home gym needs!

I would not recommend Lifespan Fitness based on my experience.

The spin bike I received was faulty from the start, with the resistance not functioning correctly. Instead of arranging a prompt inspection or replacement, I was repeatedly asked to perform troubleshooting and provide videos, which was frustrating given the product was brand new.

To make matters worse, Lifespan has asked me to repackage the bike and send it back so they can determine whether it is faulty. The bike arrived extremely tightly packed with large amounts of Styrofoam, and I had to completely dismantle and damage the original box just to remove the very heavy frame. Repacking it to the same standard is simply unrealistic and places an unreasonable burden on the customer.

I’m also concerned that, without the original factory packaging, the bike is much more likely to be damaged in transit. If that happens, it could create further disputes over the condition of the product, despite it already being faulty when it arrived. The bike also arrived with scratches on the flywheel, meaning it was not in acceptable condition regardless of the resistance issue.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. Email responses have been very slow, and I have now had no reply to my email for a week. When I call, I’m connected to an overseas call centre where the phone line frequently cuts in and out, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. I’ve also requested multiple times for a manager to call me, but that request has been ignored.

Overall, the entire process has placed far too much responsibility on me to diagnose, package and return a faulty product. I just want this resolved. The bike has now been sitting for over two weeks, and when a product arrives faulty, customers should not be expected to troubleshoot it, risk further damage during transport, or spend weeks chasing customer service for a resolution.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Lifespan Fitness again.

the times the particular staff member I have been speaking with had some experience in the product I wanted to purchase. The items I have purchased, like dumbbells and weights etc are quite heavy to deliver to me and come at reasonable deliver cost considering I live approximately 200klms away. The last item I purchased was the ATX belt squat machine. I have sciatica and doing normal squats is not safe for me, but this machine is awesome. I rang Sam's Fitness as I had never used one, or heard of one before and their staff were very helpful. I did some googling to find out about who was using them, and people with lower back problems were. So I ordered one just before Christmas 2025, like 7 days before, so thinking I would not see it until into January. It was on my door step before Christmas. So WOW. Good job Sam's Fitness. This machine is awesome for me as a leg exercise day is now back on my very limited training schedule.

Sole E35 Elliptical or the F65 Treadmill and went with the treadmill because I’m a 6:2 male and was concerned the 14 inch step up on the E35 would have me to near to the ceiling when exercising. My wife called FitOnline and spoke with Theresa who understood our concern, went above and beyond to gather further information for us, and got back to us straight away. Theresa was wonderful, she has great knowledge of the equipment, and was very reassuring on helping us toward making our decision of what best suited our need. decals damaged and no pedals! He paid for the premium freight company but it was sent with the cheapest. They offered to give him a refund of the difference but it was never given. They offered $50 for the paint chips and decals but that money was never sent to his bank. They sent some pedals but they look like they've been in someone's back shed for a decade - corroded! We emailed and sent photo's. We waited then we telephoned. They said people had been away sick. Then it was that they were awaiting response from the supplier. weights bench. The rubber mats are neither here nor there, some edges are 15mm some aren't so some line up flat with eachother, some don't. The bench is dangerous and unstable, it tips easily both side to side as well as on its end with any weight applied to the head end of the bench. Can guarantee it does not meet Australian safety standards. I've asked for a refund and been told they'll take it back, try and sell it and give me a portion of what they can resell it for lol. Apparently they also don't understand how consumer law works. They are about to find out. Would never purchase from these people again. Other good businesses to buy from, avoid these muppets. wanted to know how to change from miles to kms so I contacted support and they demanded a receipt, said that should matter as not asking for warranty but they just ignored so sent receipt. Then they send me someone else's personal details and asked me to confirm that was me, said of course it is not, they apologised and sent my details. After a week I emailed them again asking what is happening, they said they were waiting for me to confirm my address, which is clearly on the receipt they demanded. Told them how useless their support is still waiting for an answer. What would they do if someone bought one second hand, not answer questions because they have no receipt?

warped board so the balls would roll away from the middle. The table-top 'lid' was also just a flat piece of laminated wood which had no way of locking/fitting in place. A bit disapointing because it wasn't cheap.

As for the company themselves, they did arrange to come and inspect the issue in a reasonable time via emails and text. When they saw the issue they offered to swap for a different model but I insisted on a refund. They were going to charge $80 to return the table until I reminded them that goes against Australian Consumer Law since the product was faulty. They took the table and I got a full refund the same week.

So overall, the company themselves were fine to deal with but the product was poor quality.
