really difficult position trying to source another car and still get to the test on time. We then sought a refund for the cancellation from EZlicence, which has been unnecessarily painful. We provided the text message from the instructor cancelling within 45mins before the test and are still arguing with them. It looks like we now have to report them to Consumer Affairs to get the refund (it is very clear cut including their own refund policy outlines situations where the instructor cancels). We had lessons leading up to the test and the instructor was often late and really unprofessional- it was a really awful experience for my son. There are better companies to use, we will use someone local from now on.

Bo is an awesome driving instructor. Super patient, explains things in a way that’s easy to get, and makes you feel comfortable even if you mess up. His tips really helped me gain confidence and drive properly. Ended up passing first try. 100% recommend him if you’re looking to learn driving safely! Show reply

Easy to book. Prices were confusing when some instructors had a price range, and I would always get the higher price. However, I found that the real community feedback/reviews allowed me to make an informed decision and choose the right instructor for me - I passed my NSW Driving Test with flying colours (scoring 100%). how to accurately practice test conditions, would 100% recommend for anyone be that drivers who have just started building hours or drivers who are about to take the test or just need a refresher. Great to work with very professional, concise, and knew exactly how to help me improve and prepare me for my driving test. Availability was great, would absolutely recommend.
