Worst website I have ever used. The fit2work Fast Track method never works, updating fields is a nightmare.

Worst website I have ever used, doesnt link your application with your potential employer record. Ended up creating three duplicates and then tried to charge for each one. They need to pay me for the hours lost on this infuriating check.

Using this is enough to make you want to scream loudly and long. What an awful system, what an awful process. Clunky, does not work, does not accept information, absolutely terrible. As an employer, use a different system if possible as to be honest, this made me not even want to continue in the job application process. Clunky, lacking in information and more irritating than a pack of mosquitoes buzzing around your head in the dark is the nicest way I can think of describing this process.

Please if you are a recruiter DO NOT use this service there as so many better services like Referoo, XRef, Checkmate, Veremark, CVCheck etc. Fit2Work is just an awfully optimised and completely useless system, the website looks and functions like something made in 2009 by a first year uni student, it is extraordinarily poorly optimised for Mobile Browsers, constantly crashed while trying to use their faster background checking, and then constantly asking for the same thing to be re-uploaded via their standard pathway with no explanation or help.

Atleast with the options listed above you'll have support teams that don't just send automated and frankly useless emails.

Nope, they DONT even deserve a star. They're used to good and reliable. They have a false advertisement: 15 mins result, that's a lie!! It's different company or organisation who runs it now, overseas company. Be careful. I felt dumb to trust them. I wanted to cancel my order, their call centre 1300525525 and email support@fit2work.com.au wont respond. They took my money $58 .19 through Paypal?? Phone number on invoice +610396455500, is not in service?disconnected? Now I am worried about my ID documents, what they are going to do with them??
