defaulting back to the start again. It threw me out of the fast track process - where allegedly I would have achieved clearance in 15 minutes. It refused to save any of the personal data I entered and reentered: SAVE and EXIT - no, saved nothing! I don't know what to do now because I need this certification to start work on Friday. Contacted SUPPORT via email. I am not optimistic. Stressful and frustrating on Supercharge! And ZERO results to show for the effort I put in this time. Completing a functional ID form is fairly low level coding in a marketplace saturated with IT expertise. Employ some. Please.

Fit2Work. I have NEVER delt with a more incompetent bunch of ####### brain dead morons in my life!!. Without going into all the details as it will be too drawn out, what was something a little bit outside the square from the standard tick and flick for them, was "I can see that will be very confusing and complicated". It is hard enough for someone in their 60's to get work as it it, then you come up against these incompetent bunch of morons which without computers, wouldn't have a single common sense brain cell between them to be able work out how to do the most basic thing (I'm trying to be tactful on here). Bring computers into the equation along with people that have no living brain cells in their heads on how to function without them.............................................................................................and look at all the reviews!!

company already found guilty of a major data breach and fined over $420million dollars for it. Disgraceful that employers are forcing prospective employees to use this data collection farce. Avoid at all cost.

Shocking to use, very clunky, ended up taking HOURS to complete. Additionally, the level of information requested is over the top. in the past and provide finger prints for Police screening and that was less intrusive. This is extreme, I'm really shocked.

Horrendous to use. Would not recommend it for any organisation hoping to attract talent.

Requiring a NEW Police Check without even asking if you have a recent valid Police Check that can be use. Document uploading and reading is slow. Has big issue with middle initial and middle name on documents like the Australian driver's license (where they only ask for middle initial) and foreign passport (with the middle name), hence will require you more documents. So toxic.

Horrible experience. Took them three months to get 2 police checks. Confused Sweden and Switzerland... Charge 150 AUD for a 30 AUD check in Switzerland.

I've used these guys a couple of times now and haven't had any issues. I see the latest negative comments and have just submitted a new check. Will see how we go and write another review if needed.

Argue with site permissions. Scan documents. OCR spits out all info. Now enter info manually. Now take photos and upload manually. Now there’s an issue because somehow they believe that name ‘Ava’ doesn’t match the name they have scanned on some of the documents… ‘Ava’. Fill out more manual information. Upload more photos. This took nearly an hour. “Fast track”. The incompetence is breathtaking.

I sibmitted the form. They requested some more info, which I submitted. They then again requested some more info. This being requiring me to have all 4 corners of a scanned official identity document showing because a minor amount of the edge (which contained no details whatsoever) was not showing in the submitted scan. The document clearly showed every bit of the required identifying informaton and the registered number of that document. The number was separately entered as required in a box above the submitted scan and could alone be used to for their verification purposes. 2. They did not include this as 'needing further info' in their 1st request, so someone there processing the form deemed that scan acceptable. There's 'thorough' and then there's 'ludicrous'.

Worst website I have ever used. The fit2work Fast Track method never works, updating fields is a nightmare.

Worst website I have ever used, doesnt link your application with your potential employer record. Ended up creating three duplicates and then tried to charge for each one. They need to pay me for the hours lost on this infuriating check.

Using this is enough to make you want to scream loudly and long. What an awful system, what an awful process. Clunky, does not work, does not accept information, absolutely terrible. Browsers, constantly crashed while trying to use their faster background checking, and then constantly asking for the same thing to be re-uploaded via their standard pathway with no explanation or help.

Atleast with the options listed above you'll have support teams that don't just send automated and frankly useless emails.
