I ordered one box of spare boards in December. Received an email to say that my order was being processed. Now end of March and I cannot get in touch with this company. They do not respond to my emails. There phone number does 'not take messages'. Am in the process of seeing what is going on with this company. Beware! I worry I have been scammed. Show details

I wish I paid more, Epic job – A genuinely epic and perfect job. I have seen worse installations at double what we paid Zak and floorboards online. Everything was done to perfection. when the Omicron situation improved, I was unexpectedly contacted by the owner who offered me a refund as per the terms of our original contract. I am now most happy that this company honoured its commitment and would have no issue with dealing with it in the future.

received an email from [Name Removed] stating goods would be dispatched that Wednesday. That was the last I heard back despite leaving several messages asking for updates. Business number always rings out. It is now 6 weeks since placing my order so I have raised a dispute with PayPal and am asking for a refund.

this point we believe this to be absolutely a scam, pretty suspicious on all positive reviews as we have seen other negative reviews and spoken with other customers that have been scammed and the business owner asked them to remove negative reviews and that it would be 'resolved'. This is disgusting service, will be contacting the ACCC and reporting this deplorable behaviour. Unimpressed to say the least with this business. This is theft.

Rude, Dishonest, Moving Business names/ money around via a Finance Company running out the back – After Our terrible experience at Floorboards online and with all the dishonest dealings have kept a firm eye on Z.R and this company. Beautiful bamboo floorboards – Recently installed BT strandwoven "Toffee" bamboo floorboards in our home office. The colour is warm and blends beautifully with the existing old Tasmanian oak flooring in the rest of our home. Installation was straightforward and the quality excellent. Customer service from Anastasia was great and delivery was fast. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and friendly service – I ordered 60sq m of floor from floors online. They beat all the other quotes I got. Delivery was reliable and very quick. Anastasia was so professional to deal with. I was very happy with my overall experience.
