apparently it expires. However, they had no stock of the majority of their jeans in my size. I had to fight to get my credit extended by a few weeks and still not much choice so had to just pick something so as not to lose my money. Credit was too much for one pair and not enough for two, so I reluctantly had to pay Freddy more money just so I didn’t lose my credit. Two pairs of jeans and almost $600 later and nothing arrives. I contact them and they take several days to reply, then tell me it was ‘left in a safe place’ only it was supposed to be delivered to my parcel collect address at the post office. Australia Post confirmed from the tracking that my jeans had actually been delivered to a different (incorrect address) that was on the label. Yet even with this confirmation from Australia Post that it was the senders error, they are refusing to do anything about it. Their attitude was to say I didn’t pay the additional $15 for insurance so they can’t do anything. It’s now being dealt with by my bank and fair trading, but nobody should have to go to these lengths or have this experience after spending so much money on just two pairs of jeans. This company should be ashamed.

Only received half my order! After being ghosted for 3 days. Messenger messages, Freddie website messages, emails... took 3days to get a response, then 9 emails back and forward and another day wasted, no resolution was reached. me spend more money, or refund me the sale price so I miss out on pants all together. Ive bought 10 pairs of Freddy over the years... i figure customer satisfaction especially to a long time customer would be priority, but no, took my money, didn't inform me until after only half of my order arrived, then ghosted me, tried to offer me an old dirty marked pair of pants or store credit taking more of my money.

Bought on sale for way too much. They are a cheap jegging that would would be able to buy from SHEIN. I went to return and they said I could only do a store credit. Definitely not worth the money. Do not buy. They aren’t even jeans

I absolutely loved the appearance of my Freddy leather leggings, but unfortunately the quality wasn’t great. I used to love Freddy Jeans. I have 12 colours in the WR.UP FASHION! regarding the seams falling apart and although I said I didn't want anything from them and just wanted them to fix manufacturer, they offered me $35 AUD voucher. For $159 AUD, I am really angry about the fact that they merely tried to pay me off, rather than someone higher up genuinely finding out the problem. I now have 4 pairs with my Mum who is trying her best to patch them up for me! All only worn a few times! Italian style but made in the Philippines I believe. The quality used to be really good years ago. But over the last few years they fall apart within a few wears. I am a size S and they fit perfectly. There is no reason for them to be falling apart after only a being worn a few times. It's not like I'm squeezing into them! Also I wash and dry as per instructions. Either reduce the price (half what you charge!) or improve the manufacture. I love the style but will never recommend again, nor buy any more.

For the price the quality is not good, barely wore the pants I purchased and the seams split. Will not issued refunds even though their product is faulty. Dont waste your money. Show details

Be aware that you cannot return items. Some styles are made for someone who is 7ft tall and you have to get items adjusted which is not appropriate as they do not advertise this. You pay a large amount of $$ and then have to pay to have them adjusted. I wouldn’t recommend them as a company as they won’t accept returns only credit which is against Australian laws if item is not correct.

Never again – Faulty product. Called the wrong name. 27 emails and still unable to resolve my issues. They don’t have my size or style of pants available I requested. Refuse to give me my money back. Discriminating company – Discriminating company that expects everyone to fit into a size 9 shoe. No customer service and no one is wanting to help. I will take my money to a place where they are happy to help and assist. Avoid Freddy as they discriminate against anyone who does not fit into the mold they request. No willing to go above and beyond. Instead they makes excuses. Lost my business. I do not support discrimination. I will not be progressing with my order.

Best products excluded from sale – The reason that I'm giving them 3 stars only is because they do sale offers all the time except they ALWAYS exclude the best products from sale. Not only that, the free shipping is over $270, come on!!!! $269 is already a lot for a pair of trousers. recommend looking into alternatives like 'Seven for All Mankind' instead. Their products seem to offer better durability and fabric quality. It's a shame because I wanted to like these pants, but they're simply not worth it in terms of longevity or value.
