Good under foot as does not slip in shower, but the advertising says stain and mould proof what a load of crock even with using mould remover and bring hung up every use the mould will not go away Don't waste your money purchasing this item

contacted the company ( as my Aunt has passed away now) only to be told that they can't help me at all, only my Aunt, which is impossible to do which they were told why, but still chose not to help. Pretty poor service from this company, so be aware if you received one as a gift.
Follow-up · Couldn't clean the mould off so it was thrown in the bin, after I contacted the company and they refused to help as it was a gift and I didn't purchase it, a relative bought it as a gift, but is now deceased, so company refused to deal with me. It does stay in place. The comfort level is no different to similar mats.
Just purchased and so far it seems OK except that it is NOT non-slip as advertised.
If u use in this mat in the shower the backing will come off in no time. I recommend u use outside the shower only.
It grows mould, it doesn’t dry without beating the water out and hanging it and bleach leaves marks in it. The only good part about it is that it doesn’t slip in the bath tub (shower over bath here) I too have made contact well over a year ago, email returned said I was in a line up in New Zealand, I haven’t heard anything back from them. don’t recommend them. It is hard for me to bend to pick them up to bash the water out. They charge too much for the lies they tell over this product. Re: the mould and bleach marks
Bought a hydromat in May it does most of what they claim it does ,except for going mouldy ,I've tried washing it to remove the mould but it only slightly goes away but returns quite quickly. If you want a mat that doesn't go mouldy I wouldn't recommend the hyromat. Show details
Follow-up · Mould came back very quickly Hung over the shower screen Washed it regularly with the hose and even used Mould remover Ended up throwing it away. I wouldn't buy this product again.
Unfortunately my mat which I got from Hydro Wonder and not from another source claiming it to be, was disappointing as it slides around my shower. More so when using shampoo or liquid soaps. other as you get 2. Same effect! Also I took particular care in raising and draining the mat after each shower but still got the grubby underside of mat. Off it goes into the bin!! Again, several emails to Hydro Wonder with no reply.
