Previously, we faced issues with firmware updates and location tracking, which were only resolved after Konec escalated the matter to Imoo. Despite claims of rigorous durability tests, the watch strap failed within a year. After multiple email exchanges regarding warranty rights and Australian Consumer Law (ACL), they agreed to replace it with a refurbished unit. However, the replacement package lacked the essential tool needed to unscrew the strap, and due to the tiny screw size, no standard household tools are usable. Despite emphasizing the urgency of the situation and its importance for my child, I am still awaiting a response. The after-sales warranty and support have been nothing short of appalling.
Very disappointed from buying our present from imoo store website – We have bought a smart watch for my daughter as a Christmas present, we expected to have it by 2 or 3 days delay. Today is 3 of January, and we haven’t received our package. There is no way to see the parcel status in the website. They haven’t answered our emails. Excellent tool for kids to keep in touch without all the extras – Does what it is supposed to do and the battery lasts more than a day which is AWESOME. We just wanted something we could use to communicate with the kid with no time wasting distractions. Battery Life was our no.1 so this watch came up first on reviews and after reading the reviews for other watches, it was a no brainer for us - especially when the price at BigW also included a 6 month data plan. I can't believe there are no reviews for this watch on this site!!
