Darrel was our technician who explained what choice of products and the price. We felt he informed us without putting any pressure on us. Even before coming through the door he had seen what the problem was as the buster was on upside down on old antenna. went on to lie and saying he offered multiple times he would get a second person. This never happened). Supplied wall bracket wasn’t installed as per product instructions, having to redo this myself. Didn’t clean up after service, was rushed. This was not a professional experience or result.

3 weeks later. I was offered partial refund by owner in return for removing my google review. I denied the refund.

Went with this company based on the 4.7 google score, after being offered a partial refund based on removing my review. This puts the 4.7 score that was a major part of my decision in to question.

I called them for a quote to replace my redundant Foxtel dish with an antenna. When booking the appointment, I was told it was a free quote (also noted on their website). was able to utilise existing coax cable and wall plate and didn't have to get into the ceiling cavity. He then scrawled out a barely legible invoice/receipt with no details, accepted the credit card payment then left. I later realised he had only connected the antenna to my Fetch box but hadn't provided direct antenna connection to the adjacent wall-mounted TV as well I called the company and was told I'd be up for a callout fee plus labour charge if I wanted the additional work. I declined. Surely the tech should either have connected both devices to the antenna as a matter of course or at least given me the option. The worst part was the cost. On request the company sent me an itemised receipt, which the technician hadn't provided. It showed a $99 callout fee. The company advertises free quotes, so surely it's dishonest to then charge a callout fee. Much worse, the labour charge was $341 including GST for 30 minutes of work. That's an astounding $682 per hour! Surely that counts as unconscionable conduct?! After calling the company to complain they offered to refund half of the callout fee, which still leaves it as a total rip-off. They then sent me a $5 antenna cable for me to connect the antenna to my TV myself.

Guy came to replace a broken antenna, he fixed that. But then insisted that I needed a booster as he told me I had 3 points in the house and I would not get reception. After checking I only had one point (because I had just moved into the house)… Read more

and advised him that the other 2 must belong to my neighbour which he still insisted were mine. He installed the booster without my permission and expected me to pay the $497.20. I advised him that I did not instruct him to install it and requested that it be taken out, which he did. When the TV came on the picture was as clear as a bell. No booster was required. The general 1300 number seemed OK but not happy with the customer service that I received upon installation. After this experience of what I believe to be an attempt to take advantage of the situation and upsell without permission, I would not recommend this company.

Right from to first contact everything went smoothly. Muhammad was on time and assessed the problem quickly. He had all he needed with him to replace our antenna. He did a professional installation and tested all the outlets on confirm good reception. I highly recommend this company.

I callled at 9.30am and they got Adrian out that afternoon. I wasn’t expecting such quick service! I was kept informed re: when the technician would be arriving and Adrian was very helpful and professional putting my tv up and he also got it all working for me before he left. Highly recommend.
