trustworthy rating) for a quote for a new antenna- we have an old analog antenna with poor reception to certain channels Michael arrived on 10/7 at 9.00am and found that the plug was not well connected and replug it back and then stated that he can't put a new antenna as it was "wet" ( there was no rain that day) and then charged my wife $195. He later advised us that it was a further $500 to replace the antenna - if it had been done on the same day the price would have been $500 in total. We asked him to replace the antenna for a total cost of the quote & previously paid fee but he refused. It's certain a poor customer process when he came out for a fee free quote and could not complete the installation to replace the antenna and yet charged my wife $195 - I certainly would not have paid him if I was present !. ( yes , in hindsight my wife should not have paid him at all) He did not even give a receipt ! We were happy for him to complete the job ( when it was not wet) but he wanted to charge on top of the fee already paid. It's certainly not a trustworthy person in your franchise. DO NOT USE JIM's ANTENNA MALVERN

details of the problem & checked on the various tv points etc. I explained my limited knowledge about location of a splitter & that the roof space would be very difficult to access. Darren proceeded to enter the roof space & undertook the necessary works. A new antenna was added resulting in perfect tv reception! I can clearly state that the response time to my initial enquiry and subsequent service to be excellent. I am very happy to recommend Install My Antenna.

My very old 1999 TV antenna was replaced with a brand new one as well as the cables etc inside. All done professionally, promptly and with minimal fuss. was fitted back in 2013. He came out today (6/11/25) and has just completed an test and upgrade to our TV reception at Minto. In the past 5 years we have had some 2 story homes built across the road, which is blocking out TV reception caused to much static interference on normal channels, 7, 9, 10 & 12.

Jamie came out got on the roof with his meters, tested the signals at out antenna and TV and found them wanting.. He hooked up a Hills UHF Antenna and tested for best signal and roof location. Then he did the same with a VHF Antenna and found that was the solution. So he installed a new antenna mount in the best roof location and hooked up a new Hills Black Arrow VHF Antenna. Then tested both TV outlets in the house and showed me the meter results.

If you are looking for a great local expert in this field, you can't go wrong calling Jamie Diaz at Macarthur Antennas. I highly recommend his expertise, professionalism and quality workmanship to anyone.

Left antenna behind to be disposed of.

Better value elsewhere. Glad its only once in a lifetime service.
