existing 3.5kW split system which failed. Being so happy with Jaric, we got it replaced with a Daikin a few weeks later. Different installers this time, but again very competent guys. No problems with both units and I can highly recommend Jaric for a good price and quality work. Well done guys.

Great service. Had an air con not cooling, they came out and spent a long time trying to find the problem. The unit had been installed by a previous home owner, but Jaric suspected it might still be in warranty so they followed up with the manufacturer on my behalf. done so far and said it was well beyond what they usually see. It turned out to be an installation issue not under warranty, but Jaric reinstalled the unit for a very fair price. They never billed me for the first call out until they were certain it wasn’t under warranty. I need some units cleaned and will definitely be booking in with Jaric to have this done.
