We use Jaric for all our electrical and air con needs. Have been using their services for over 10 years. Prices are very reasonable and never have a problem with work quality. They are brilliant with communication and updates.

existing 3.5kW split system which failed. Being so happy with Jaric, we got it replaced with a Daikin a few weeks later. Different installers this time, but again very competent guys. No problems with both units and I can highly recommend Jaric for a good price and quality work. Well done guys.

After two call outs from Jaric to fix a blocked overflow pipe and next to replace rusty trays, we had two seperate leaks through the ceilings on two levels. We then had rectification works carried out by another company that incidentally found what Jaric's techs missed (or didn't want to touch) on the previous 2 call outs. for wasn't levelled, and the rusty tray left in place, causing a leak in two sections of the house. The overflow pipes were mostly blocked as well, which they said they fixed. They did not do a test to check this to make sure it was fixed, but the other company did. Jaric then quoted us around $5,000 to regas our A/C unit. The cost to fix everything, including the gas, was less than a quarter of Jaric's gas quote. Our A/C is running the best it ever has now. We also found that the price quoted for the gas was highly inflated compared to any other source. Jaric is gouging customers for a gas product that we found much cheaper doing a look around. We were first told by their technician that our gas was hard to find and expensive at $1,000 per kilo. This gas is readily available as we later found out. The price quoted for the other gas, which they said was easy to source, was the same price! We also had to pay for repairs to the ceilings from the leaks. The cost to by using Jaric was an expensive lesson.
