the time I click it the item is back out of stock. Frequently if it’s a two piece set by the time the bottoms are in stock the top is out of stock! It makes no sense.

*final sale*. I completed my order feeling confident that, like most retailers, I would have the option to return anything that didn’t fit.

It wasn’t until I attempted to lodge a return that I discovered one of the items had suddenly been labelled as *final sale*. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase, nor was it mentioned on my invoice. When I revisited the product page, it appeared the wording had been changed after my order was placed. This felt incredibly misleading, and it left me frustrated that the responsibility was being placed back on me rather than the business acknowledging the issue.

On top of that, MESHKI’s returns policy is already confusing and difficult to understand, and nowhere does it clearly state that even if your original shipping was free, they still deduct **$14.95** from your refund. This is another example of important information not being communicated upfront. It feels like the policy is written in a way that benefits the company, not the customer, and the lack of transparency only adds to the frustration.

Trying to get support made the situation worse. The person dealing with my case was dismissive and offered no real help or consideration. It felt like my concerns were brushed aside, despite the fact that transparency around return conditions is a basic consumer expectation. Under Australian Consumer Law, retailers must clearly disclose terms and cannot alter conditions after a purchase—especially when it affects a customer’s ability to return an item or receive a full refund.

What should have been a simple, enjoyable purchase turned into a deeply disappointing experience. Because of this, I will **never shop with MESHKI again**, and based on how misleading, confusing, and dismissive the entire process was, I would strongly recommend that others avoid the brand as well.

I’ve purchased from Meshki for a few of my events now. Some purchases I’ve sent back as the fit and quality aren’t what I expected. The garments I’ve kept I’ve had lots of compliments on regarding the style and fit.. I can add the quality can be better sometimes. I’m particularly happy with ETA on your products from ordering online to my front door. They are extremely quickly with returns. Keep up the great work Meshki. Show details ·  1

ordering feel a little risky, especially if something doesn’t work out. If returns were a bit easier or less expensive, I’d probably shop even more often.

Other than that, I absolutely love everything about Meshki and will definitely keep coming back!

On top of that, the return policy has become incredibly restrictive and customer-unfriendly, which makes it difficult to shop with confidence. When you’re paying luxury-level prices, you expect quality products and a fair return process.

It’s really disappointing because this was once one of my favorite brands. I hope Meshki listens to long-time customers and focuses on improving the quality of their clothing and reconsidering their return policy. I would love to be able to recommend them again, but in their current state, I can’t.

Like Meshki and some cute stuff. But their return policy is horrendous so you have to be extremely cautious. Unfortunately sometimes their sizing and quality is off so this policy really has tarnished my experience here

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not expect to receive your dress on time. You will only lose your money and be left disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

I’ve always had a great experience with meshki despite some saying they have issues with sizing I normally am pretty spot on with sizing because I always read fabrics and suggested sizing which I think is accurate for me. I’ve been purchasing with this company for years, and I will never purchase from them again because they did not credit me back for the item that they carelessly lost in their warehouse. The customer service team does not care, the managers do not care, they do not care about anything but money. I will never be purchasing from them again. Save your money and purchase anywhere else. Their return fees are also ridiculous.
