Has the potential to be an amazing product but falls short – I got this watch in December 2022 for my son starting Year 7 at high school in 2023, I didn't want him to have a phone yet. This product seemed great as it had text/phone features but the biggest thing for me was the GPS tracking. We had to go get a sim-card and get a plan for him, cheapest possible but then found out we get charged extra for phone calls for some reason. Vodafone had no idea what this product was so maybe they gave me the wrong type of sim-card, even though I showed them the watch requirements. So we don't use the call feature unless in an emergency (which hasn't happened thankfully). The text feature is great. He can only reply with emoji's but he can send voice recordings (no extra charge) and he gets alot of pleasure sending me random recordings during recess and lunch but they make my day so I love this feature and don't mind that he can't use a keyboard. But let's go on to the GPS tracker. Huge disappointment. This watch has the potential to be an OUTSTANDING product except this is where it lets you down. Half the time the location doesn't load, despite refreshing the screen, closing the app, turning the phone off and on, over and over. Sometimes it refreshes on the first go, other times it will not refresh until the 10th/11th/12th time....so frustrating. If that wasn't enough, sometimes it will tell me he is in a completely wrong location. This morning at 10am it said he was in some random house on a street we don't know so I used the Remote Capture feature (which, yes, is awesome and was a saviour this morning when I thought he skipped school!!!). This feature takes a photo of his surroundings. Thankfully he was still and not moving (or the photo would have been blurry) so the photo it sent me clearly showed me sitting in his classroom. Also the geofence didn't send me an alert like it's meant to - it only activated when I opened the app. Kind of pointless having it ... I didn't want him to have to get him a phone yet but I think I will have to. The GPS was the main reason why I purchased this watch but it just doesn't work properly. Other features are great so it depends on what you want to get out of it but for me, I would not recommend.

Hashtag Online - WoW! Great service cheaper price – Really happy with the watch! My 8-year-old daughter loves it! I can lock it during school hours, which is perfect, and I can call her just as she's leaving school so she knows where to meet me for school pick-up. She also gets excited about tracking her daily steps. Highly recommend! hashtagonline.com.au

Brilliant smart watch for younger child!! – My son has absoulutley loved using his watch, he's had it for a couple of months now and loves being able to ring and video call his Dad or nan when ever he would like. He loves taking selfies with his brother which I must admit have been very amusing to look back on. I love the fact only the contacts that I have allowed to contact him can. The sound quality during calls is also very clear!
The GPS tracker is always spot on with its locations.
I really don't have any bad things to say about this watch I would highly reccomened getting one! One person found this helpful
