Item arrived with minor defects. Asked if it would be possible to get a replacement. Make sure you read the FULL description – Bought a Blueray off them, and I didnt read the whole description, I was not in the best frame due to losing my wife, and the reply was abussive, condescending and down right an attack. They said I blamed them for my mistake, even though I said that it was my fault and I am such an idiot, went off on a tangent ranting about speeding fines.

Terrible to deal with (ebay store) – Recently bought a item from this seller on ebay, the item never arrived, contacted seller and then was accused of trying to rip him off and being a thief. I got my money refunded through ebay - never again will I use KishKash Entertainment.

Disgusting behaviour from a mentally deranged individual – Did not issue a pre-order item on time. Had to be prompted to do so. When the CD wasn't issued out despite a week or so past the release date, I asked for it to be posted. The seller raged and ranted at me and accused me of not reading his terms and conditions. Due to the abuse I simply asked for my money back and refuse to purchase from this absolute nutcase. I strongly suggest you avoid.

Fraudulent seller – I purchased a dvd boxset through eBay from this seller. Condition was stated as new and sealed. Item was sent opened with the cardboard slipcase flattened and dvd cases opened. The case was automatically accepted with kishkash responsible for return postage. 2 hours after opening the case I got an email from the seller stating they could not provide a return label and to contact them to arrange postage. No response was received after 2 days to my reply. I contacted eBay who provided a return label under the money back guarantee. After 4 days the tracking showed the item had been delivered. I waited another 3 business days (the suggested time frame from eBay) for a refund or acknowledgement of receipt. Nothing. I emailed them to find out what was wrong. No response. I then emailed eBay who closed the case in my favour and issued a full refund right away. Thank you eBay. That is where this should end. A positive experience with customer support after the seller thought out right ignoring me would deter. Unfortunately it did not. After this experience I left a negative feedback factually stating that the item was received damaged and a full refund was issued from eBay. A few hours after I left the feedback I was contacted by kishkash with a very unprofessional and slanderous tirade. I was called a professional scammer and threatened with police action for fraudulent activity unless I removed the feedback. As a seller myself I did not want any more altercations. I contacted customer support and told them the feedback was left in error. They promptly removed the feedback. I have heard nothing further. After reading through other negative feedback (which I wish I had done before purchasing) it seems these bullying tactics are often used in retaliation for return requests/ feedback. This is why I have made this review rather long and detailed. To warn of this company’s behaviour and what may be expected if you also need to return an item.

The worst eBay seller – I purchased an item from them that took ages to arrive. When it passed the date it should have arrived eBay had the option for me to raise a request for where the item was. I was immediately contacted with very abusive language and forced into retracting my case and leaving positive feedback. I have never felt so badly treated by someone. Judging based on other feedback, this is a common trait of this seller. Do not use their service.

Fraudulant – I ordered series 12 of vera it was poorly package and the plastic dvd was broken badly allowing the dvds to come loose from their anchors they then get scratched from moving over the plastic dvd anchor so now it won't play through. This is possible the worst customer service I have experienced in my life – I bought a Blu Ray box set from this company, it was a pre-release. I wanted to cancel if they had not sent it yet, they hadn't so he said yes he would cancel, but wanted to know why. I then decided to call eBay and ask them what I should do. They wanted to open up a Item not received case as the item was now overdue, I asked if this happens would it cause the seller any issues, they said no. So I allowed them to do so.

What happened next was just something that needs to be experienced to be believed. The seller started abusing me in emails about why I opened up a Item not received. They had stated that the item was sent and there was no tracking, well they had not sent the item and eBay advised me because of this, I could expect a refund 4 days after opening the case.

The seller then kept abusing me, I can't say what was in the emails but lets just say, his attitude towards his customers is not on. I left a review on eBay which was negative and he has had it removed. So he got so upset saying that I was causing his metric to be lowered or something. I couldn't really see what all the fuss was about, all he had to do was issue a refund in 18 hours, which he never did. He sent me 6 emails in 1 day, he also asked me to tell him who I was talking to and what the case number was, I advised him that he should call eBay to speak to them. He said that doesn't work that way something something. All along he was stalling, but effectively he was only hurting his store due to eBay opening an investigation due to the exchange of emails. He then stated that he was not going to issue me a refund and would send the item, and my response was, well I will send it back at your expense which eBay informed me will happen.

He may be able to get away with deleting his treatment of eBay customers, but I assure you that wont happen here. If anything goes wrong with your purchase, he will place blame solely on you. Please read the reviews, he attacks people, his behavior is strange to say the least, all because things don't paint him in a positive light.

The beauty of all this? I got the box set elsewhere for $35 cheaper. Maybe next time he should understand some people wont put up with gaslighting or bullying through a portal he has no control of.

I got my refund from eBay today so everything is good, but his issues, well they still exist with eBay.

to resolve the issue. I will still give a 5 star rating if issues are rectified in a timely and satisfactory manner. BUT... don't expect anything like respect from KishKash. This bloke has SERIOUS anger management issues. I made an honest mistake and it took me a while to understand where he was coming from amongst the sarcasm and rudeness in his reply emails. I bought 2 TV drama DVD's from KishKash. They arrived relatively quickly. I came to realise that the way the seasons/series were released in the UK was different to Australia. It wasn't clear in the title description that this was a UK release and it was wise to read the full product description on the episodes. Anyway, the result was my doubling up on a particular season. I wanted to return the DVD. Nightmarish story short, what ensued was him trying to explain to me why it was my fault via rude, aggressive email rants. Finally received a refund. Unfortunately, the 2nd DVD has fault in one of the episodes where it would stop, try and start, become pixelated and just not play. I have to fast forward a chapter and rewind to around where it stopped to get it going again, but missing out on a bit of the episode. I've decided it's not worth going through the abuse again, so I'm not bothering to return. Bottom line: if your order has no issues, fine. That's probably the case with all these 5 star ratings on Product Review. BUT if you have any problems, watch out. I'm not interested in supporting people like this. Gotta say also, the DVD covers look a bit dodgy and fuzzy too.

Then said he couldn't post the item until I closed my issue with ebay. I did that, and lo and behold, I never received my CD or a refund. Looking at their profile shows how unhinged and aggressive the person who runs this is. Lots of angry responses and false accusations against customers.

I verified the release date through various sources and the supplier kept changing the story finishing with it wasn’t released until a week ago when in fact it was released at least 6 weeks ago according to other sellers on eBay, Amazon, Discogs and the record labels own newsletter so unless they’ve all been lying the whole time………. not! The attempts at gaslighting got more pathetic with each message as did the lies, stay well away and spend your money with an ethical business

What a fantastic service – I really wanted this DVD by a certain date for a movie and discussion night. And so hoped I would get it in plenty of time. I also read some not so good reviews so was nervous as I've never done this type of purchasing online before. But I need not have concerned myself. From the get-go the service was flawless. Excellent level of service and products – Received a DVD I have been seeking for a very long time. Was released on vhs many years ago and after checking this site was able to locate it on dvd. Highly recommend this company – I am impressed with the way the person I spoke to at Kish Kash Entertainment immediately arranged to re send the 6 DVD set I ordered that was not delivered by Australia Post after waiting 20 days from the time it was posted. Aus. Post said they couldn't find it! The following day it was delivered! The new set arrived the next day delivered by Express mail and l returned it to Kish Kash.

Great Aussie family business with rare titles and good prices helping customers – Good that we can get the rare stuff here in Australia from KishKash. So many excellent titles never get seen in JB Hi Fi and their like. Recently got Song of the Sea as well as Lynynd Skynyrd live at Knebworth. Good that they aim to please and help their customers. illegal. The guy calls me on my phone using my contact info and tries to explain himself. He sounds like the exact kind of dropkick who sells pirated DVD's for a living. Also sellers like this prefer to deal over the phone so ebay has no record of the exchange. He then started sending me veiled threats by sms. I blocked him. Then the ebay message tirades came in. Ended up having to block him on everything and report him to ebay. I was terrified that he now had my residential address and is business was not that far away. All because of a stupid DC superhero DVD.
