Jeremias Fleischmann (Project Manager) was a man of his word. He was simply a phone call away. He was patient, interested, and his measurements were precise. Dan's installation was meticulous! I am so grateful for him. Once Simon had ripped out the old kitchen and cleaned up so well, Phil discovered some interesting plumbing tucked away. He tackled this challenge with creativity and professionalism. Michael Hamer's tiling finish was superb. The staff in the showroom were so helpful, interested, and super patient. I cannot recommend Kitchen Connection highly enough to be trusted with the whole process from start to finish. Thank you for making our lives so much easier and for a fabulous final product. Kitchen Connection made it sooo easy to renovate my kitchen. Their consultants and designers experts were extremely helpful and efficient and their contracted tradesmen were all professional and did an excellent job. I can’t recommend Kitchen Connection highly enough.

Absolutely enjoyed the process from start to finish. Each of the trades was professional and left a clean kitchen when they left. The quality of work was brilliant. Building works, electrical, plumbing, tiling and cabinet making were very professional and I would have no trouble using them again.

solver. He guides us from start to finish. Brett is an asset to the company, his calming voice and presence with his always can do attitude just makes the process a breeze. All the trades they use are professional, there is one who could use feedback which Brett is all about making improvements and taking actions when given feedback. Our project was on time, within budget (a few % difference as any project there are unpredictable element to it but was managed well).

ceiling and cornerces that we had to replace and fix at our expense is not ok. The plaster that was put up was so bad when first put in that the installer had to come back and replace what he had done. The kicks were damaged in the corner and just glued on that they had to be fixed. As for the tiler his work did not meet Australian standards and we discovered that he did not have a valid ABN. that eventually they had to get a different Tyler in to rip out and replace correctly. Once the kitchen was finished nothing was cleaned or wiped down. When trim to get things fixed and sorted this was not an easy or straight forward or quick at all trying to get answers were hard and to get it fixed even harder. They are quick to take your money to prior to install. How about taking it progression instalments. This caused a lot of stress and tears. Even when reaching out to an area manager nothing got sorted any quicker. We were also informed that someone had to be home on day of stovetop measure so my partner had to take a day off work. He then found out that this was not the case he did not need to do soo

Kitchen came up well. But would not recommend this company at all. The check measure guy [Name Removed] was happy to take my money but forgot to organize some trades to turn up on time. Then when there was a defect during install I was told they wouldn't fix the issue of a cracked board. After months of complaining [Name Removed] suggested a board… Read more

over it a a patch over fix up, then he wouldn't even come out and look at the problem. Had to go to the fair work ombudsman then got a higher manger that actually came out. Also only wanted to do a patch job. I eventually gave in as they didn't want to actually replace the broken board. They did give me a $900 refund which is next to nothing compared to a $50,000 kitchen. But then even the refund was stuffed up by [Name Removed] as had to get 2 installments.

Definitely do not recommend. The whole experience from their lack of communication and organization skills was terrible.

Friendly staff however tradeservices not doing their job well our kitchen is not even a year already had cracked panel, also parts of the drawer they said they will come back to install until now no existence. Disappointed with Kitchen Connection after all the money we paid.

adjusted the schedule if needed to keep us on time. All the trades people provided by KC were friendly, on time, and professional. KC were flexible with the scope, and we were able to provide our own stone benchtops and the repairs and new stone required for the travertine flooring, which was something we wanted. Unfortunately, there were separate manufacturing errors with three cabinets which needed replacement of some parts and this slightly delayed the complete finish date of our glass doored cabinet, but Domenic was transparent about the issues, had no problem with organising the required replacements and worked hard within KC to get the new parts as quickly as possible and to limit any disruption.
