early on. The tradespeople were friendly, but due to some communication gaps, the project did not stick to the original schedule and took longer than expected to complete. Ultimately, the high quality of the final product leaves us with no complaints about the standard of work.

Darren, the Wallspan Customer Support person, was really responsive in all my dealings with him. I was impressed by his professionalism, his expertise, his eagle eye for detail and his efficiency for sorting out any issues that arose. The work contract that was provided to me was exceptionally comprehensive. Information regarding the delivery of goods, project coordination, the names and contacts of trades names/business and their contact numbers as well as their scheduled time of work was fantastic and worked well. The estimates of trades expenses were very good. Trades people were punctual, friendly, polite and well experienced in their personal fields. I was happy with their work. I appreciated the effort entered into, in order to complete installations whilst an injured installer had needed recovery time, in order to meet the targeted finish date. This change was effectively done and the target date was achieved. I did feel that the cleanup process could be improved. As with all renovations of this type, a lot of mess, is understandably created. Even though debris was blown into a central area and swept up, debris still remained. An industrial strength vacuum cleaner used by all trades would have really helped pick up fine material particles and dust and been a really useful addition. Having someone responsible for a final cleanup ( such as wiping inside cabinets, on all external surfaces ) after the final work has been completed would have been an excellent way of finishing the cleaning task. Regardless of which trades person worked, the next trade will invariably create more mess which is totally understandable as renovation in this area is a very sequential process. And, dirt does travel and settle. A cost for a final clean could easily be incorporated or added to the cost of rubbish removal. I would have approved of such an inclusion. I was really pleased with the the quality of materials, the workmanship, the Ceasar Stone benching and the total pricing of the materials, appliances and work that supplied me with a beautiful kithchen and laundry within my budget. I took advantage of a brilliant discount offer. I have no hesitation at recommending the entire team at Melrose Park's Wallspan. I thank you for all you have provided. I give a rating of 4.9 Stars for my satisfaction rating.

Got brand new kitchen recently, showroom staff were very informative and knowledgeable, process was nice and easy. We Had a wardrobe installed and we are very happy with the results. The quote and service was very accurate and the install of the wardrobe was top tier cabinetry. Amir’s craftsmanship of the install in an old house made the measurements challenging however the finish is absolutely superb.

needs. We love the hidden extras that we wouldn’t have normally considered especially our hidden cupboard. The floor to ceiling cabinetry has provided us with extra space which was lacking with our old kitchen. The stone bench tops and matching splash backs make the benchtops very modern and wont date. We love our kitchen so much we actually want to spend time in it now and are very proud to show it off to our family and friends. We will definitely be recommending Wallspan to anyone that mentions upgrading or renovating their own kitchen or laundry, as we know they will be just as delighted as we are. Thank you Wallspan

The showroom team provide great ideas and advice, James completed that process during his visit to consult, conduct initial measurements, the design (and the dreaded cost) were all clear and well discussed. Miguel then took over the installation process and coordinated a bunch of trades people, all who would be welcome in our house at any time. They were all professional, acted in positive manner and completed their specific jobs with care and respect. The price covered the complete process, with all we needed to do was to add a lick of paint at the end to a couple of areas exposed after ripping out the old kitchen. This meant it was a no requirement for us to to do anything but watch the team work. All the trades people (Luke, Dom, Sam, Phil, and Tom) advised when they were going to arrive and what they were there to do. They were all prompt and friendly, and costs did not vary much from the estimate, and these were discussed and agreed to prior to each phase of the work. We would definitely recommend Wallspan, at the end of the day the price was comparable with us having to manage trades ourselves, but with everything done for us, it was a no brainer.

all were excellent! Although independant contractors, they had obviously all worked together on Wallspan contracts before, and there was a great spirit of them working alongside eachother, and they were professional, helpful and friendly and great to have on site. My only negative experiences were that I felt pressured in the showroom to select the elements I wanted and to commit to an immediate site measurement date (I understand this was so that I could be given a quote upfront at the site measurement, and so that the 'vouchers' they gave me could be used). Since I hadn't been anywhere else and had only just started my enquiries, this felt like high pressure sales tactics. Again, at the site measurement, I felt pressured to commit to the contract and pay a deposit on the spot in order to lock in the quote and take advantage of the discount vouchers that were being offered. As it turned out, I was satisfied that the quotes were reasonable, and ended up being extremely satisfied with the planning, work and result. I would fully recommend Wallspan (Mile End). But be warned of the high pressure tactics if Wallspan your first port of call and you have no idea what you want or how much it may cost.
