I loved how easy the bed was to assemble. It made the whole experience very much stress free. the Brunswick Queen Bed Base to me early and they were really happy and easy to work with. I absolutely love the blue colour of my Queen Brunswick Bed Base it softens my room and matches perfectly with my decor and furniture. It was so easy to put together my daughter and I were done within 30 minutes. It doesn't creak and is sturdy as a mountain. My 2 adult children have had the Koala Beds for years with no problems and I am extremely happy with mine and my sister is now looking into getting one as they are so easy to assemble and so sturdy and we aren't getting any younger this will probably be my last bed and I am 100% sure I made the right choice for me.

Follow-up · I have a queen Brunswick Bed. It is so wonderful and comfortable and strong. I love how easy it is to build when I move and how sturdy it is. I have no hesitation in recommending this bed to my family and friends. It is absolutely awesome. You will not be disappointed with this bed. And the perfect height too.

Best bed base I’ve ever had! You can move around and there’s no squeaks, no slats cracking etc. You don’t feel the person next to you move all night either!!!
The bed itself gets 5 stars, comfy, looks good and very easy to assemble. The delivery experience was poor following a mistake on delivery address which was not rectified in time despite multiple calls. Koala did come back several weeks later to offer an apology, a refund and voucher which was greatly appreciated, but overall rating has been reduced due to the delivery challenges. Show details

loose. The joints twist and move. The legs move. Im a professional Carpenter and I did tighten everything, but it still moves. The whole bed just wobbles and when my wife turns, the bed shifts from side to side with her. ITS LIKE A MINI EARTHQUAKE. Its shocking. Plus the materials are weak. I put my knee on the slatted underframe and it went straight through the timber supports. Im so disappointed. Looks pretty though. Think i'll put the mattress on the floor for now.

was organised quickly all I had to do was wrap the pieces in plastic and koala organized the rest. I received my refund in 4 working days. It was a delight to work with this company from the website to the staff, delivery and refund. I’m disappointed the bed was not suited to me, no fault of Koala of course. They were true to their worded policy. Thank you Koala I would not hesitate to use your products again one day. Great company

Excellent packaging and instructions on self-assembly. Beautiful condition and furniture is as described and shown on the website. Unfortunately two of the bed legs (centre and right corner) have broken, seems the thread has become smooth and the screws on the leg won't grab anymore. I've been waiting for a few weeks for a response from someone at Koala on what our options are. Hoping for a response soon to sort this out. Show details
Cheap and brittle slats make the bed unusable. Avoid – The modular slats pieces to support the mattress are absolute trash. Have had 3 separate incidents of them completely splitting when a very normal amount of weight is put on top of the mattress. Koala replaced them, and the second replacement set also split.
