go. We live rural and when our first mattress arrived it had malfunctioned and expanded in the box. When it came out it was all out of shape. So we got in touch with koala warranty and submitted photos. It did take a little while to process as it was there Boxing Day sales and they were swamped with orders. They happily processed our claim and sent us another mattress. From the first night it was slept on our son loved it. I told him he had a period of time to test it and if he didn’t like it he could send it back. He said no way I love it, and to this day he still does. He has had neck surgery and says his back doesn’t ache anymore. Next time I get a new mattress for our bed it will be a koala one. Our family member upgraded their mattress from entry level koala king single to a queen size koala plush, and he says it’s even better. Even though he said his previous mattress was still as good as the day he bought it, and it was more than 5 years old. I even recommended koala to an apartment we stayed in on holiday as there mattresses were stuffed. So if you are not sure take the plunge and try them I doubt you will regret it.

firmness - so comfortable! I suffer chronic back pain and really need a mattress that supports well. The cool topper is perfect for us too as we're both "hot" sleepers. It's so great that you can trial the mattress and still get you money back if it doesn't suit - not that we would send it back - it's too comfy!

The quality is exceptional— for the mattress itself it is breathable and stays cool throughout the night, which has been a game-changer for me as a hot sleeper. I also appreciate the edge support, making the entire surface feel stable and usable, no matter where you lie.

In addition the setup is soo easy. The mattress expanded quickly and had no strong odors like other mattresses I've tried. now, on Jul the 18th, our own personal experience is only about 5 weeks old. Having said that, so far, we (I and my husband) have only praises for this mattress, both from our guests and our own. We sleep very well, though cannot speak of any special effects. Given the short period of usage, the mattress durability has not undergone any serious test yet and therefore we are unable to comment about it. Easy to assemble. We left it for a day to help aerate and lift. Very comfortable. I do feel my husband turning even though it says you can't. It is minimal but still noticeable. Still havnt passed the 90 days yet but very happy at this stage. Show details

I must say this mattress was nothing like I've owned before. I did like the feeling of being supported without springs and I was happy with this mattress. Unfortunately, it wasn't liked by my husband. We're not quite sure why his body didn't respond as well as mine to the mattress but it's not for everyone. Show details

had a pet mishap on the bed. Even with a mattress protector it somehow got all the way through the koala topper. The topper is constructed in a way that you can only “spot” clean. This should be able to be properly cleaned. Then, because it is a zipable removable topper you’d expect to be able to replace it. Nope. I find this a bit consumer unfriendly

returning it. Having the option to change the firmness was a great option when buying a bed online (med-firm was our go too). They are definitely a firmer type of matress so if you like it soft contact the team about other options.

We highly recommend consideringa Koala matress if you are looking for a new bed.

We bought the Koala plus mattress a month ago. If has been amazing. So comfortable and we have such a restful nights sleep. They have a 90 day return policy but there is no way this mattress is being returned. Love the mattress. Medium firmness. So good Show details

Semi-firm seems to suit us better. Next step is to try a topper. We realise that improved sleep may take time, so are not giving up. The mattress is very comfortable when lying down to sleep.

This is now our second Koala Plus Queen Mattress - we loved the first one so much that we bought one for the holiday home too. I recently purchased the Koala queen mattress and I couldn’t be happier! It’s incredibly comfortable, supportive, and honestly the best sleep I’ve had in ages. We love our new mattress. We love that it arrived in two easily unpacked boxes. After unpacking we left it to air and rise for about 36 hours. We love that it has two choices for the feel of the mattress and two choices for the temperature.
