It's quickly become the focal point of our home and gets plenty of use from family and friends. Being able to switch between a dining table, pool table, and table tennis table is a huge bonus, especially if you're short on space.

on my own and comes with 2 cues, all the balls, triangle, ball holder, gloves and a heap of chalk. We have had hours of fun in the garage and at the end of the games it simply folds away and sits up against the wall taking up hardly any room. Highly recommend if you want a pool table!!!

but with a warehouse in Bayswater who can supply very similar equipment. On contacting the company , I was able to obtain a local contact number of Nathan based in Bayswater. I discussed with him the logistic of delvery and installation and told him I need the equipment delivered and installed by at least two people as I am in my 80's . Nathan was very helpful and assured me that he will arrange for delivery and installation as I require. A few days ago he came with another driver to deliver the equipment as arranged , and completed the installation to my satisfaction. I would not have ordered from Leaf Living had I not been able to talk to a local representative and got assurance of the service it can provide .

My husband is a builder, so he suggested we go and have a look in person instead of relying purely on online reviews (which can sometimes be subjective).

We visited their Wetherill Park warehouse, and they were super welcoming. They had a fully assembled bunk bed on display, and once we saw it in person, it immediately gave us confidence. The overall look and structure were exactly what we wanted. To be fair, the assembly is not simple, and I can understand how that might lead to some of the negative reviews. But the team there explained that they’ve already made improvements to the product, and even opened up new stock to show us, which was really reassuring.

We received the bed within a week, which was great.

Since my husband is experienced, he didn’t have much trouble putting it together, and once assembled, it looks absolutely fantastic. Very solid, very clean design, and exactly what we expected.

The only regret is that our room isn’t big enough, otherwise we definitely would have gone for the version with the slide. The kids would have loved it even more! Overall, we’re really happy with the purchase. It’s amazing value for money, and the whole experience, from visiting the warehouse to delivery, was smooth and pleasant.

Thanks to Leaf Living, we got something this good at such a great price. We will definitely be back again.

we could go for our room. Ordering was easy and immediately we received the invoice receipt via email. Three days later the table was delivered and carried inside. We received an sms letting us know approximate time and the truck pulled up at the driveway on time. All boxes were packed well and undamaged. This table comes in pieces and requires assembly so be prepared and if you are not handy this company offers an assembly service (which if you don’t have the time I highly recommend). Think IKEA… Assembly took some time because I only had my kid to help me. You do need two grown up people as the instructions say, one to hold and one to screw or bolt the parts. It wasn’t overly complicated just time consuming but the results were well worth it. Flipping the table over we did very carefully with everyone lending a hand as it is heavy once all assembled so you might want a few people to help you avoid damage to it or your floor so and keep a few old towels or rugs not to damage your floor. Overall I’m very happy with the interaction with LEAF, they delivered as promised and of course the product we received. The price was well worth it with a further discount applied at checkout. I couldn’t find anywhere else online that sold it cheaper and also offered FREE delivery.

More than three months after my purchase, I am still unable to fully assemble the pool table. For a product of this value, I expected much better quality control and customer service.

The long delays, repeated follow-ups, and inability to use the product have caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leaf Furniture. I hope the company improves its quality checks before shipping products and provides much faster after-sales support when customers experience problems.

damaged packaging and table, contemporaneous text messages from my handyman documenting the discovery of the damage, and a written witness statement. Despite this evidence, my request for a refund was declined.

Leaf Living instead offered replacement parts as a goodwill gesture. I purchased a brand-new pool table, not a damaged product requiring repairs, so I did not consider this to be an appropriate outcome.

I have since lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria to seek a resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leaf Living. The product I received was damaged, and I was disappointed with the way my complaint was handled.
