It's quickly become the focal point of our home and gets plenty of use from family and friends. Being able to switch between a dining table, pool table, and table tennis table is a huge bonus, especially if you're short on space.

on my own and comes with 2 cues, all the balls, triangle, ball holder, gloves and a heap of chalk. We have had hours of fun in the garage and at the end of the games it simply folds away and sits up against the wall taking up hardly any room. Highly recommend if you want a pool table!!!

but with a warehouse in Bayswater who can supply very similar equipment. On contacting the company , I was able to obtain a local contact number of Nathan based in Bayswater. I discussed with him the logistic of delvery and installation and told him I need the equipment delivered and installed by at least two people as I am in my 80's . Nathan was very helpful and assured me that he will arrange for delivery and installation as I require. A few days ago he came with another driver to deliver the equipment as arranged , and completed the installation to my satisfaction. I would not have ordered from Leaf Living had I not been able to talk to a local representative and got assurance of the service it can provide .

full refund, but it took four weeks for them to collect the damaged item, and I am still waiting for my refund. I have now had to lodge a complaint with my bank and Fair Trading to try to resolve the matter.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when the order was for my son’s birthday. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend doing your research before purchasing from this business. So dishonest and corrupt. Not even deserved 1 star

I provided Leaf Living with a detailed timeline of events, photographs of the damaged packaging and table, contemporaneous text messages from my handyman documenting the discovery of the damage, and a written witness statement. Despite this evidence, my request for a refund was declined.

Leaf Living instead offered replacement parts as a goodwill gesture. I purchased a brand-new pool table, not a damaged product requiring repairs, so I did not consider this to be an appropriate outcome.

I have since lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria to seek a resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leaf Living. The product I received was damaged, and I was disappointed with the way my complaint was handled.

My daughter purchased this item and began to assemble it, when it came to installing the stairs / draws she found no locating hole for the steps. to my carpentry skills. However when I inspected what she had already assembled I became concerned about the safety of the materials used to manufacture this rubbish. I saw two issues one the instructions showed totally different hardware and and assemble method to what was in the box. Secondly and most important was the grade of pine used and the poor quality of construction particularly in the upper bunk. the grade of the materials used wouldn't even pass for use in pallets, the pine was full of knots, many of which were at the securing points, we all know children will always jump some what on there beds that's guaranteed, this construction would need to be babied as it would easily collapse. They advised me to try and reassemble the bed after seeing the photos. Clearly the photos showed major problems with the soundness of this product. see for yourselves cracks in joints knots falling out in structural connections.

FYI for those thinking of leaving negative review on Leaf Living website let it be known they delete negative reviews, my review has been deleted.

reported these issues immediately and have been waiting for replacement parts ever since.

More than three months after my purchase, I am still unable to fully assemble the pool table. For a product of this value, I expected much better quality control and customer service.

The long delays, repeated follow-ups, and inability to use the product have caused significant frustration and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Leaf Furniture. I hope the company improves its quality checks before shipping products and provides much faster after-sales support when customers experience problems.
