functioning correctly. Instead of arranging a prompt inspection or replacement, I was repeatedly asked to perform troubleshooting and provide videos, which was frustrating given the product was brand new.

To make matters worse, Lifespan has asked me to repackage the bike and send it back so they can determine whether it is faulty. The bike arrived extremely tightly packed with large amounts of Styrofoam, and I had to completely dismantle and damage the original box just to remove the very heavy frame. Repacking it to the same standard is simply unrealistic and places an unreasonable burden on the customer.

I’m also concerned that, without the original factory packaging, the bike is much more likely to be damaged in transit. If that happens, it could create further disputes over the condition of the product, despite it already being faulty when it arrived. The bike also arrived with scratches on the flywheel, meaning it was not in acceptable condition regardless of the resistance issue.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. Email responses have been very slow, and I have now had no reply to my email for a week. When I call, I’m connected to an overseas call centre where the phone line frequently cuts in and out, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. I’ve also requested multiple times for a manager to call me, but that request has been ignored.

Overall, the entire process has placed far too much responsibility on me to diagnose, package and return a faulty product. I just want this resolved. The bike has now been sitting for over two weeks, and when a product arrives faulty, customers should not be expected to troubleshoot it, risk further damage during transport, or spend weeks chasing customer service for a resolution.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Lifespan Fitness again.

courier to locate my exercycle which they eventually succeeded in doing. They kept me informed throughout the process and were also happy to provide a refund if I wanted it or send a replacement. This was great customer service.The exercycle was easy to assemble and works well.

ones on my old spin bike. I can also adjust my effort as I can easily see how I am going because the bikes readout display constantly updates the speed, time, distance and calories. When the spin bike arrived in Brisbane from Melbourne it had several issues out of the box which were all resolved to my satisfaction by the company over a relatively short period of time. The staff at lifespan and Global fitness responded quickly and professionally to my emails and videos of the problems and my overall rating of five star reflects my appreciation of the service I received to resolve the problems. This purchase has however made me reconsider buying anything from any business which is not located within a reasonable distance from my home as it would have been much easier on reflection for me to deal with a person face to face at a store I could easily get too and I am very lucky my problems did not end up with me having to repack the 60kilo spin bike for transport back to Melbourne.

actually you can never laugh too much but they have definitely created a safe space where you feel comfortable to try and ask questions. We highly recommend popping in and having a chat and trying the equipment.

Great quality reformer machine, glides great, and springs hold sturdy tension. Very happy with this purchase, would recommend to anyone looking purchase a high quality machine.

We purchased an SM26 with a weight stack add on. The add on weights were delivered in a different colour to the main machine. The part for the top of the weight stack was also not compatible with the add on (purchased together) and unable to be fixed. Bought Treadmill via Harvey Norman 8 weeks ago, came direct from Lifespan and had a broken part and screen didn't work, took me 4 weeks to get both to work together to be picked up and returned to Lifespan, and still no refund another 4 weeks later. 50 emails and last one even said you will get a refund when it will be picked up lol Do not buy from [Name Removed] via Lifespan.

Bought a Lifestyle treadmill after researching online. Went in on a Friday to try it out - staff were very helpful and took their time. Went back the next day to buy, was an easy process and they loaded it directly into the car with a forklift quickly. The shop is well set out and modern with lots of equipment on display. Called up to be told it was picked up by the freight company yesterday and then given a tracking number for a specific freight company. non-existent, no manifest. Call Lifespan and they say the freight company had picked it up without scanning it and its in their depot. Ask for my refund as that isn't possible. They lodge a case for refund, tell me 15% stocking fee will be kept and the shipping! What a joke! 30mins after case raises I get a manifest email creation email from the Freight Company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIE.

Christmas (it was a Christmas gift), so I phoned both the company and courier on the 23rd to follow up and was told by Lifespan that it would be escalated and delivered the next day. This didn't happen, and because of Christmas and the weekend, I called up on the 29th - only to be told by the courier that the person responsible for my area has not responded to their requests. I have now requested a refund and will not be using this company again. I will also avoid the courier.

Scammers!!! Don’t order from here they won’t give you, your product for months then won’t give you, your money back when you cancel and ask for a refund!! Then say it’s out of goodwill that they’re even replying to you!

Absolute rubbish treadmills and service. I purchased first treadmill which failed to operate properly due to bad brushes. Had it replaced with another treadmill which the motor burnt out and stopped working. This is all in a period of 2 years. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH! Show details

Assembly was easy . .. if you READ the directions, not just look at the pictures. Only real problem came when trying to 'power up'. No where does it give the location of the power socket. (Low on the very front.) Eventually called my EP to look at units in the gym. Found it. Good construction, plenty of bolts and good fit of parts. (Not loose) Show details

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased the Lifespan LSG Series 430mm 3.5HP Belt Electric Treadmill and after 3 1/2 years the unit blew my electrical system in my house which cost nearly $1000 to fix. of sale and they offered to send a new motor (warranted) but no installation, and suggested that I purchase a new electrical board at my cost of $180 with no installation costs covered. Since, I had read numerous reviews internationally that had people waiting months for parts, installing them and then they fail or don’t work at all, I decided that I didn’t want that for me and because they will not consider a partial refund I went to Fair Trade. They got the same answer. So, the moral of my story is: you get what you pay for, don’t expect any constructive resolution from this company, read all the reviews even the ones internationally, because they are ripping people off around the world and stay clear of any Lifespan fitness equipment as they are a cheap, unhelpful, shoddy company.

As bad as a customer experience I’ve faced. Manual/instructions not clear (customer service acknowledged this and stated changes would be made), bags not marked, mixed messages from customer service both via phone and email. send them and had to be reminded. Then, when they finally arrived, they were not only the wrong size but also obviously second-hand and damaged to the point of being unusable.

When I discussed this with them, they said there would be a delay in sending the appropriate parts with no apology. They agreed to send the new parts when they came in stock, but they kept my money and never sent them.
