Local Agent Finder

Looking for a real estate agent. Asked to put my phone no and email address in and told that no agent will have access to any of my details. Within 3 minutes, my phone rang, emails poured in. Yes, you guessed it: local agent finder will give your contacts to all agents without your permission. Did I mention they get a cut of all sells? Yes, they do. That's cheating, isn't it? PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM!

Tried to use this site. It was appallingly slow. It asked for a verification code but took 5 minutes to send it. I tried 3 or 4 times, but the response was so slow (I just got the last code!!) I eventually gave up. Maybe on a good day it might be OK, but I don't think I'll bother to find out. Easier to just call a couple of agents in the area.

Got hassled by a dozen agents cold calling on a public holiday very unhappy. It was supposed to be for me to COMPARE AGENTS then contact if and when I was ready!!!!

Local Agent finder were able to put me in touch quickly with agents in my area, although only two contacted me, which wasn’t the result I was hoping for, I was able to secure one quickly for my rental property

Have used ‘Local Agent Finder’ twice now to find a five star agent to manage my properties. And both times have found impressive agents to take control of my rentals. Saved me so much time and worry. Highly recommend!

I used Local agent finder to find an agent to manage my interstate investment property. It was easy to use. Gave me quite a few options. It was easy connect with multiple agencies at once and get proposals. I was able to lock in an agent that suited my needs.

Couldnt see any costs associated without having the agents contact you, waste of time signing up.

Awful. Rude, dismissive, condescending. Deliberately vague and un helpful on the phone, then blame me that things are 'going around in circles'. Product is usless. Will just sell you info to a bunch of agents. You are way better off doing your own search and contacting a showtlis of agents

Don't. Just google it. Talk to 3 and decide. They get 10% of the agent commission which they'll add to on to you. They did 0.

Local agent finder is a very helpful tool to find the right Real Estate Agent to sell your home. The site gave us all the information we needed with statistics and commission rates, connected us with the Agent of our choice, who is going above and beyond to help us sell our house . I would recommend using Local Agent Finder.

I believed the TV advertising hype and entered the property and my contact details. Big mistake. Instead of being harassed by real estate agents, you will be hounded by these people instead. Endless emails, SMS messages and exhortations to use their services.
