Unbelievable, I ordered the day before yesterday, and it arrived yesterday, literally the next day. Also really impressed with customer service they replied to my email in 30 minutes. Now I am really looking forward to trying the products. Hopefully they are as good as the service.

Was really pleased with the product and service, really happy that is produced in New Zealand too, and even sent from home town. Been taking these supplements, and they have genuinely been helping me with sleep. They are perhaps a little more expensive than some of the others, but worth paying the extra for the quality. Will continue to be a customer.

I am finding these products really do work. My sleep is better and I am in less pain. I accidentally ran out of supply for a couple of weeks, and when I stopped taking them was when I really noticed the difference without them. I wish they had more products available, the range is good, but I hope Longevity expands even more. As there are a few other supplements I would take if they did offer them.

Out of the the 3 orders 2 times the orders arrived on time, one was a couple of days late, but no big deal.

I did some comparisons before I bought them, and as far as I could tell, Longevity NAD was the lowest price per actual dosage. I did the math with them, as price is a big factor for me. But the purity also seems to be as high as the more expensive ones anyway, and they say it is test in Australian labs for the purity.

So I am a happy customer and will order keep ordering again.

I was suggested to them by a friend, and I take resveratrol, and NMN. I will probably try some more of their products eventually too, when I have some more time to research.

All in all I was very happy with the service, I emailed them once, and had a reply back in about 45 mins, which I thought was quite impressive.

The web site was super easy to use, looked nice and professional and seemed trust worthy.

Delivery took about 8 days, and was free.

best for NAD creation. I am also taking magnesium threonate and magnesium k2 d3, which also contains magnesium glycinate so I dont need to take any extra magnesium. I also take resveratrol and fucoidian. The one product they don't have that I wish they did is Fisetin, however I did ask them and they said they were hoping to sometime.

I have my mum taking these too.

Ultimately I decided to not take their TMG product because this business dropships from China (which takes forever) and it's formulations are generic not proprietary, making them overpriced. slick marketing.

Below is an interaction I had with customer service after I told them I left this review. They are very confrontational and unprofessional. Noteworthy is that this company only offers email support!

Them:

Hi Joel What did we do that was wrong? Did you receive your order today? We do honour our 100% money back guarantee for any reason. Your "truth" is unfair and out of context. I am not meaning to be defensive, we definitely take your feedback into account, and are also looking at getting our delivery time to 1-2 days. I wasn't intending on being defensive, I am just unclear as to what we have actually done wrong. We state how long delivery takes, and offered you quick response support for your order. I didn't mean any offence by your order size, I meant that no customer is too big or too small, we care about them all equally. Anyway, like I said, we really do honour our 100% money back guarantee, as perhaps surprisingly to you, we so rarely have to use it. I am sorry you have not enjoyed your shopping experience with us, and we do care about all customer feedback.

Me:

Your website is very well designed, professional and has loud and slick marketing.

The impression it gives is: Australian made, proprietary formulas, excellent service.

In the end it is generic Chinese made chemicals, dropshipped from China, with over-hyped marketing and high prices.

Your email-only customer service is poor. Your first few responses to me were just one or two lines which is unprofessional. They lacked a greeting, a name and an explanation. The service didn't match the website design.

The 5-10 working day (2 weeks) for delivery is small and inconspicuous in the context of the page. I completely missed it when I bought the item and so will others. It's legally included but easily missed which is more than likely deliberate.

In the end your company is very new with no trading history. Your independent testing is just a sales tool and probably just done one time but doesn't guarantee all future batches will be of the same purity as the one tested.

I could not find your company "Paragon Enterprises" or any of your products listed with the TGA. You probably don't need to do this because you are shipping directly from overseas to the end customer.

Ultimately I find your website and it's marketing deceptive and the quality and origin of your product uncertain. I will not be taking your TMG.

I have ordered a cheaper TMG product from Amazon that is made in the USA by an established brand.
