Creatine, Cinnamon and Vanilla powders. I find these all help me achieve my health and protein goals. My family members also are now using these products. Would be 5 stars if there were options for AfterPay / PayPal pay in 4 and perhaps some incentive for free or half price postage for larger orders. The product looked damaged or old. Customer service told me I should pay extra for express if I wanted better tracking. Not good enough. Not sure if what I paid for is even viable to use. Really disappointed as these guys were recommended and great reviews prior. Unless those are fake.

it didn't give me diarrhoea, I was constipated. I would take it first thing in morning as a breakfast substitute and at lunch but it didn't give me a sense of being full as I would normally would be with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough!
