Expiry is in 8 months and this could be better compared to another supplier I’ve used in the past - this is only an issue if ordering multiple packs to take advantage of free shipping. Price is reasonable. Labelling can be improved as it can be hard to identify which product is which - they use a generic bag with multiple product listings on the back with an expiry sticker in the relevant column. The white print on light coloured bag is very difficult to read. The company should definitely consider using a darker text colour.

The product looked damaged or old. Customer service told me I should pay extra for express if I wanted better tracking. Not good enough. Not sure if what I paid for is even viable to use. Really disappointed as these guys were recommended and great reviews prior. Unless those are fake.

it didn't give me diarrhoea, I was constipated. I would take it first thing in morning as a breakfast substitute and at lunch but it didn't give me a sense of being full as I would normally would be with just a bowl of cereal. This would leave me being cranky and irritable until late afternoon because I've just started the day on an near empty stomach. After trying to pass a bowel movement that involved me placing my hands on either side of the cubicle wall and forcing out what felt like passing out a watermelon, I had enough! arrived in Australia but the carrier reported it as damaged, iHerb requested that the carrier return the order. So I received none of my order... nearly a week after order arrived in Australia I found this all out... Jumped onto support to find out how ot fix this...

They took my details and the Anti Intelligence Bot (seriously the annoying Microsoft Paper Clip 30 years agi had more intelligence!) told me I cannot be put through to a human... and to wait for 2-4 hours for an email. I told the chat bot (for want of a better term) that I needed it reshipped... it said the notes were added to the ticket...

I waited...waited... 2am... still no email... later in the day a refund goes through... clearly they do not care about customer or customer needs... when thing work.. they work well.. although I note nearly 20 years ago the value was real but today to get decent value you need to subscribe to products etc.. they even renegged on their lifetime membership discount they offered me if I soent X dollars within a specific time which I did... the company has continually declined as they grow larger.. I even called the US number and only automated and voice mails... you cannot speak to anyone... so don't even try...

Who knows what is in those capsules I took . If it was approved by the TGA there would be an AUST L on the bottle . I emailed the address on their website regarding this and received no response . I've tried 3 different Aussie companies. The first was good but extremely overpriced and unsustainable for me and the other 2 were pure rubbish/ low quality. Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. But thank god I discovered Eternum as I have been a regular for the last 4 months and their NMN is absolutely phenomenal.
