Great product as you age there is a greater need for increased protein. Whey protein has additional trace elements to aid better health. Sales service and delivery are all professional.
What a great Australian company to deal with! I am 70 years old did a lot of research because I can’t afford to just add supplements for no reason. This company has got an excellent product with the high percentage of purity at a reasonable price. I have purchased several of their products and are happy with everything I bought the communication is excellent. Delivery is quick and prices accessible to most people.

The best protein powder. I always get the raw flavour and you can’t even notice it. The protein adds a beautiful creamy texture to my smoothies which honestly improves their overall taste consistency and mouthfeel. The amount of protein to calorie ratio is fantastic for a healthy calorie deficit diet and by keeping consistent and using creatine and protein powders daily I have lost 30kg since the start of 2026. I recommend your products to my friends and family when they ask how I’ve lost the weight as your products have shown results combined with hard work and consistency.
For any possible feedback I could think of is maybe making your products more available to purchase in retail stores (maybe you already do this, but I Havnt seen any in the nutrient/sport stores I’ve been to), and maybe offer more discounts or points when purchasing on going products from your website (maybe you do this too, I just haven’t bought enough yet haha)

focus is on keeping products affordable. I really like how you put your budget towards making your products affordable by doing your spend and save offers and reward programs instead of spending it on influencer deals and big advertisements. As a consumer I find it hard to trust brands who have big influencers doing collaborations and ads as to me I get the vibe that it’s just a money grab where as for you guys I feel as if you are genuinely in it for the consumer.
I really like how educational and beginner friendly the information and descriptions on your website are. For example your FAQs on your website. Especially your explanation on the differences between whey isolate and whey concentrate- I found it super helpful when choosing between the two as someone who was relatively new to supplements. I have never seen any other brand do that. The descriptions are so educational I even felt educated enough to try a new supplement solely based on the information in your website. I added creatine to my latest order - I’m excited to try!

Only negative feedback would be that there is no option for free shipping on larger orders like other brands offer. Also as you are based in Tasmania it takes a longer to receive my order than if I were to order from somewhere else. Taking into consideration you guys are a smaller business the pros outweigh the cons therefore I am happy to pay for shipping and wait a little longer for my order because I really do enjoy the products and have made multiple orders now.
Also disappointing that the prices are increasing, especially because your products were so affordable but I do appreciate that you announced the change and provided an explanation and a chance for customers to stock up while the prices are cheaper unlike others who will hike up the price without saying anything.
Also only other thing is that I wish you could redeem multiple whey coop points at once.

They were extremely thick & very dry as well as having a weird grainy like texture & they also had a weird off putting taste & even smell bad too!!! I tried to mix some with milk & added an egg & a little margarine to the batter to see if it'd help a bit? But unfortunately it didn't improve them at all & they still are extremely dry & too thick & taste horrible!!! They are inedible & sadly BN won't provide a return shipping label so I have to pay to return them so beware!!!
Note: I bought both flavours & both were absolutely disgusting & my reviews are still pending on their website so it looks like they may not allow them to be published on their site because they wouldn't want you to know how horrible these pancakes really are & what a bad experience I had dealing with them!!! - I had to pay to return all the unused packs of them & now I'm still waiting for a refund but it's shocking how they told me I am responsible to pay to return this joke of a product because I changed my mind but honestly I can't eat them without feeling sick!!! So I had to pay more just to return these awful protein pancakes back to them!!!
Be careful because they will blame you for not wanting to consume these awful tasting products which I think are inedible for anyone who has working tastebuds!!!

delicious and not too sweet. Also, it has worked well with my food intake as I didn't have to tweak much. I highly recommend it and as a matter of fact i now got my husband and best friend to take it too.
Ordered the concentrate protein powder in two flavours. Both are very palatable and mix well in my smoothies and oats. Also ordered the pre workout which has really helped with my gym sessions - good amount of stimulation and tastes phenomenal.
I recently bought the new muscle food white chocolate and caramel flavour. I’ve tried every flavour and this one is phenomenal. shipping was fast as per usual.
Fantastic product. No bloating whatsoever -unlike whey proteins… it has a very mild flavor profile and just feels really light and easily absorbed.
