SLOW, unreliable. Took 6 weeks to get to Queensland. Absolute joke. Do not recommend.

Avoid at all costs. A week after ordering emailed to confirm which products I wanted (isn’t that obvious from the order?). Followed by slow shipping. Then they sent a the incorrect product, which I can only assume was deliberate given they had confirmed and the item I received was cheaper. Then it’s been a nightmare to resolve. Never again.

Shipping policy says flat rate $14.95 but is charging me $24 at checkout for a few bottles of mouthwash which definitely do not exceed the 5kg limit. False advertising.

Took 3 weeks to be delivered and only after I emailed after 1 week with no information from them. They didn’t have what I ordered in stock, and had to refund me half of my order, but still took another 2 weeks to be delivered?????

As I am unfortunately on two non PBS meds that are expensive in Victoria I found one was cheapest online and they deliver for free if order over $80. screenshots of escript QR codes. From date of ordering 14/1 to package being sent was 19/1. Which is not ideal... and Aust post app tells me I won't receive until 27/1-28/1! UPDATE package arrived perfectly with my pharmacy receipt on Fri 23/1. So Aust Post just gives inaccurate estimates :) If you are trying to save money make sure you order your meds a fair way ahead. I placed an order and needed to follow up and i was able to speak to a very courteous girl who took care of the matter and said new stock had just arrived and my order is now on its way. Great price and very courteous customer support so im happy to buy from Michael’s.

Purchased a probiotic and opted for Click & Collect, which, according to their website, pickup within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). That didn’t happen. I called the store, no stock. process, this isn't my first time using Click & Collect. I didn’t even receive a confirmation email for the purchase. So if you're looking for something urgently, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. You’d expect that an item listed as available for store collection would actually be in stock there. But apparently, that's not guaranteed.

shipped in a timely manner, however I could see that Michael’s chemist replied to each and every one of these reviews, apologising and trying to make up for the inconvenience, which goes a long way for me.

I placed my order and emailed them from one of the links that they posted on the reviews page, to ask that my parcel is shipped in a timely manner, as my family were going to Bali in a couple of weeks of ordering and required the probiotics for our trip. I placed my order on the Saturday 8h June and received an email on the Monday saying that they had received it and it was being packed, and by Tuesday 12th, it was delivered Highly recommend!!!

Go somewhere else – Old lady at the counter pretends that she is a pharmacist and dispenses Pharmacy only products without checking! Very rude and imposing unlike the younger pharmacy assistants.

Excellent service – I have checked prices for BioCeuticals brand products locally here in Sydney and against Michael's advertised on-line prices. Michael's is way cheaper. I have placed two orders for 6 units of product. Instant posting, 2nd time, free posting, and both deliveries arrived within a matter of days. Definitely will be using this service in the future.

Advertising "discontinued" product – Ordered some common cold and flu medication online for delivery, order was cancelled and they claimed the product had been discontinued. Not only is this untrue but the product continues to be advertised on their web site for anyone to order.

Very Poor services in Wembley – Price differences between shop and their own website Received a voucher so I went to their website and check their price . She would not do whatever their website price and tell me to go else where. “You can’t compare, you hv the choice to go else where” she said . She is right and yes I hv the choice But I am wondering can a product price be so much different from their own website?

Micheal’s Chemist website Neutrogena Deep clean Cleansing 200ml $14.58 In their shop $19.95 Neutogena oil free eye makeup remover on their website is $8.25 In their shop $12.95 500ml cancer council unites sunscreen on their website is $25.25 In their shop $34.95 ( wow! $10 different ) They drop in vouchers to many . On the other in shop , The price can be $5 or $10 more then their own website Picture :The Neutrogena oil free is one of the products they advertise on their website .

There are better chemists – After moving home,I thought that Michael’s might be my new chemist but not going to happen. North Perth was OK but 3 visits to Wembley and experienced very poor service, staff lacked product knowledge, staff had no interest in their job and there was no loyalty program on offer. Did not match Blooms or Greenleaf.

Overcharged Prices on Prescription Drugs – Went in this morning 2 asked about the overcharged of my Prescription Fees. But [Name Removed] was very sneaky that he showed me on his Monitor that I didn't gave $50/ to his staff but a $20/. So he Avoided what I went in 4 in Regard 2 the above topic. fed up and wish to cancel and get a refund. Almost immediately after, a reply, stating the order would be dispatched today. My reply: nope, I’m over it, I want a refund. Next thing was that I received an email saying the items were shipped. Terrible company. Never again.

Fast and easy transaction! – Purchased a few things from Michael's Chemist online store, pleased to have them all come under the cheap flat rate shipping. Although 1 item had to been put on a back order the response from the service team was swift and friendly resolving the issue quickly.

Never received product – Ordered a product, they never sent it and didn’t respond to my emails! Couldn’t find a contact number for them either. I don’t recommend them as you may not receive your goods!!

However, no need for concern because within a couple of days I'd received an email notice from Aust Post to say they'd received shipping information, and the package arrived yesterday.
