well and sterilised. After reading lots of reviews. Minbie was clearly the superior product and once I recieved it, it’s clear why. I was helped by the most amazing customer service lady when I needed the product earlier then its predicted arrival date. Maria was so helpful and got the item to me in the quickest of times even though living on the other side of the country to their warehouses. However after receiving the product I am in love! The capacity is amazing as I have bottles and pump parts that need to be sterilised. The sterilising function is quick and the drying has never left anything wet. I didn’t realise at time of purchase but one of my favourite fictions is that it will keep warming over a 24 hour period to keep bottles sterilised up to 24 hours. If you are considering this product as you option this is definitely the superior choice not only for this ease of use and effectiveness but also for the most amazing customer service.
We’ve had such a positive experience with Minbie. As a breastfeeding mum, I was really nervous about introducing bottles and dummies, but their products gave me so much confidence. The quality is excellent, everything feels well made, and I love that the products are designed to support breastfeeding rather than work against it. After a self sterilising mishap, the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to my emails and questions when I needed replacement parts and the parts were sent out promptly. Although I mostly breastfeed, I wanted to make sure my baby was ok with bottle feeding also just in case others needed to look after him. I tried a couple of different brand bottles which my boy was a never keen on and was always a struggle to feed with. But since I started using minbie bottles and teats my boy took to them so quickly and grabs the bottle straight from me to hold himself!

These dummies were the only dummy my girl would take. After buying multiple brands and being a human dummy I seen online and took the jump to buy. As soon as I put in her mouth she took straight away, no gagging or rejection. Best part also no nipple confusion! I have even purchased for my niece. Next baby I will put straight onto the dummies! Love the fact that dad can help with the occasional feed. The shape of the teat is similar to the nipple so I think this helps with the transition. The dummy fits the shape of his face so much better than another brand I had purchased as an emergency from the chemist. Was so happy when the Minbie ones arrived. Show 2 replies

I bought the dummies from minbie and I absolutely love them , my newborn has a small mouth so I struggled to find a dummy that worked for him and then I found these dummies and he loves them , I also love how easy they are to clean and sterilise. Show reply
We tried other brand dummies with our newborn but he struggled to keep them in his mouth. After trying minbie only a couple times, he was able to keep it in his mouth and now he loves them and it’s so much easier to settle him to sleep. We also love that they are more hygienic than other dummies as there are no spots where water can be trapped and bacteria can grow. Love these dummies ! Show reply
I ordered the washer, steriliser, dryer and it is a GAME CHANGER!!! I am exclusively pumping so have pump parts and bottles galore. We use the minbie about 4 or 5 times a day. Pack it and forget it - come back to perfect bottles every time. It has made my life a million times better. Even my husband sings its praises. If you are thinking about it, just do it! Show reply

This is a literal set up and forget machine, I put on frozen milk when bubs half way through a sleep (he cat naps) and it’s ready to go with its keep warm mode. No water and spins to keep temperatures even throughout. Love this product so much, so easy to use Show 2 replies

Really disappointed with the Minbie bottles. They leak constantly unless the screw top is perfectly aligned—not too tight, not too loose—which is difficult to get right every time. The bottle itself is very wide, so it doesn’t fit in portable bottle warmers or thermoses. This makes it really inconvenient when you’re out and about and need to keep milk warm.
It’s also frustrating that they only sell a single bottle with three teats. If you’re primarily bottle feeding, you need more bottles—not extra teats—so it becomes very expensive.
We ended up using the paced feeding teat because the others were either too fast or too slow for our baby.
Lastly, the measurement markings on the bottle are extremely hard to read—they’re printed far too lightly.
They are also impossible to get in touch with. The "chat" option on their website never gets a response, and there is no way to leave a review, so I suspect the ones they show are fake.
Bought the pump bundle so will review separately. Wearable pumps: The pumps themselves are fairly bulky. Turns itself on pretty easily and then self-locks which drains the battery. quickly because at times it can be quite painful (feels like it sucks nipple into the collection channel). The bottle shape as other reviews have mentioned make it a hassle to empty of all the milk, I ignored at my own peril, it’s not the impossible but when your pumping around the clock it gets old quickly. The dust cover isn’t actually sealed so the silicon flange ends up getting pretty dirty in your bag. Which brings me to the carrying case, which for all the above reasons would have been super handy.
Was sent wearable pumps without the carrying case despite me specifically looking for pumps with case and seeing them on the website. Emailed them a week later with screenshots and was told I ordered before they received the new shipment that comes with a case. They then said I got it “heavily discounted” which like a slap in the face given it was still the same price advertised. I paid $500+ to be told I didn’t pay enough to be taken seriously. Terrible customer service.
Hospital grade pump: Love the portability of it, can carry around the house to pump. It looks nice, like the night light but it’s not actually bright enough other than for aesthetics. Empties quicker than the hospital pump but is quite painful.

I decided to go ahead and spend the money on the bottle washer after finding out I was pregnant with my second and it’s caused me nothing but stress and regret. I ordered this on 26 April it is now 12 May and I have yet to receive my item. My package spent over a week sitting at my local Auspost sorting facility in NSW status being “delayed” during which I reached out to Minbie to please contact Auspost regarding my package as I spent a lot of money on this washer and was worried it had been lost however my requests were ignored on multiple occasions. I reached out via chat/email to the team every day asking for someone on their end to contact Auspost yet they just refused to do so for no apparent reason. My package somehow ended up from a facility down the road from where I live in NSW to Darwin NT with the updated delivery by date now being 27 May. I managed to get through to an Auspost rep who advised an error had indeed occurred and that the sender is normally the one who should raise these issues as they are the preferred contact and get priority support. He confirmed with me that the sender had not once reached out to Auspost in relation to this package. To add further insult, Minbie’s only resolutions offered involved having me go out of my way to return the washer to them if/when it does arrive in return for either a new one being sent out or a refund being issued. I’m not sure if this was offered as a joke or not. I will never purchase anything from this company again; they way they handled this mess was beyond unprofessional and just flat out lazy. I’m not the type to ever write reviews but dealing with this business has been shocking. What kind of business refuses to contact Auspost when there is an obvious issue with delivery? This could have all been avoided had they raised it with Auspost when I first requested they do so. I won’t be ordering from this business ever again and only leave this review in hopes that they update their current customer complaint resolution process to actually even attempt to provide resolutions for any prospective customer issues.
