Love stage 1 swaddle but Bub started rolling and so I bought stage 2. He loves having his arms up and still feeling swaddled around his chest. Fabric is wide enough to support his hip flexors and stretchy enough for when he is active and kicking.

another customer and chatting with what appeared to be a friend or regular customer. We were not acknowledged when we entered, which we initially overlooked.

We then helped ourselves and spent approximately 20 minutes in the store. During that entire time, we were not once asked if we needed assistance or even acknowledged by the staff member.

Eventually, we walked out without purchasing anything. The staff member was still chatting with the original customers and, only as we walked out the door, called out, “Thanks ladies.”

I found the whole experience incredibly disappointing and, quite frankly, very upsetting. My daughter is heavily pregnant and we had specifically gone into a maternity store expecting some basic customer service and assistance. Instead, we felt completely invisible.

I understand that staff may be busy, but acknowledging customers and asking if they need help is surely the absolute basics of customer service.

Sadly, we walked out without buying anything and will not be returning. What should have been a simple and positive shopping experience was made unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating.

The next business day, I called the store where we purchased it from and they said to email their parts department. I didn't receive a response to my email after a few days, so I called their customer service head office. The lady on the phone was very polite and said they would send it out.

I haven't received the part, or shipping details/tracking or any sort of written response to let me know that it has actually been sent. Nine days later (six of them business days).

Since we had ordered the product seven weeks ago and still haven't received the correct parts, I am a bit concerned.

Why spend all the extra money on a Boori product that doesn't even come with all the parts to be structurally sound?

Baby is coming any day now and the cot is not properly assembled.
