company. I wasn’t informed of her departure until I reached out to the admin to check on the progress of my loan. Due to her sudden exit, they couldn’t access my original loan file, forcing me to reapply. As a result, they couldn’t offer me the same loan value I was initially promised.

My new point of contact, a lady named Katherina, appeared to lack knowledge of the mortgage process. On two separate occasions, when my loan was nearly approved, she informed me of issues they had overlooked, each time resulting in a reduced loan amount.

I came close to missing my land settlement date due to Mortgage Domayne's irresponsible handling of my case.

Thankfully, I decided to speak directly to a bank after losing faith in Mortgage Domayne. Within a week, the bank approved my loan. What’s even more frustrating is that Katherina from Mortgage Domayne never apologised for the inconvenience they caused.

I strongly advise against engaging with them, even if you feel desperate.

I would give them no stars if I can for making our first home buying process hell.
