What impressed me most was his willingness to genuinely help. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification, he took the time to explain things properly rather than simply giving me a quick answer. There were also times when issues came up unexpectedly or things became stressful, and Mittal remained calm, accessible and focused on finding a solution.

Pierre was great from the start to the finish of the process. He was always available to answer questions and guided us through the process easily. He made what seemed to be a complicated process very easy. i greatly appreciate his work and efforts to help us. Show reply

Moving goalposts. Promises one thing at the time of approval and then changes the amount. Settlement loaned amount was lower than what was approved. Changes things to suit themselves. Changes the number of documents required as they suit and then changes the loan giving some excuse. Inconsistent lender. Avoid. Not recommended.

Paid excessive rates. They could not would not compete when I had a better offer. Suspect that they're good at the start to win business and then milk customers.

They are not the cheapest, which in itself is not a major issue, but they are an immovable rock completely unable to think outside their very tiny little box. Glad we never moved personal banking to them. Avoid them, there are more flexible and cheaper lenders out there!

We recently bought our first investment unit through our SMSF fund which initially seemed daunting.
