Be very careful when using this company if you need to contact Nextpayday Australia, forget it. You will send numerous emails and they just do not respond. There is no way to contact them other than email. Seems very suspicious to just be so silent and ignorant.

I took out a payday loan and they didn’t pay me. I’ve sent 20 emails with no reply . So I have an outstanding debt which I haven’t even received any money from. Crazy .

ABN AND ACN number which neither exist They don’t have a contact number Text messages from this company comes under “Unverified” They stole my card details to make a withdrawal from my debit account I only borrowed $150 and made the repayments but they now claim I owe them nearly over $700 There’s no way to report them to AFCA as the business name or ABN or ACN numbers don’t exist I know this company exists in Nigeria so that of course set off alarms in my brain

It only took a few minutes to sign up then the money was in my account instantly. I’ve taken out a second loan and all was good. Cheap as well. Only $5.50 fee and that’s it! I had a very positive experience

Worked great for first cashout. Then after the payday loan is finished, had to email them and it was fixed, had to do this four times until they suddenly stopped replying to my emails. Very dodgy company be careful
