Worst service ever.They first send me the contract to sign on first day I applied after hours waiting.after I signed the next day they started asking for more paperwork and proofs.if my credit score was good I wouldn’t ask them for a small loan

Same day approval loans they said, but never was. They held up my application for so long they had if no intention of approving it, why not just decline it on the spot?

Waste of time and there are companies that offer less fees or I guess payback costs to loan the money than this- there are companies that don’t ask for that much in return.

Needed urgent funds for emergency vet care. Own our own home, some debt not massive and was knocked back, so they are just as difficult as a bank, but maybe get a response quicker. Not for me.

They say they give you a go what rubbish. Have two finance products cc and steppay with CBA good credit history yet according to fundo it's bad credit. Fix your stuff and give people a go. Clearly deception. You guys can legally be held accountable for providing misleading information. I never had any affordability issues.

This company FUNDO (Loans) is false advertising and they reckon they help people on Centrelink and either ither have bad debts or low credit score. However they don't approve you on this basis. Even though they state on their website they do. Don't use or trust this company FUNDO. It's not fun when they lie.

Tried to apply 3 times I got the code at step 6/7 waited and waited after it for verifying my bank never worked even after the timers ended gave up. Not in the mood for rubbish

would not send verification code to my mobile so unable to to verify mobile and code sent to email address failed to verify my email addressyou have lost a prospective customer fundo as I don't appreciate hhaving my time wasted.

Had the worst experience ever - inconsistent feedback and not enough questions asked by the credit team to be able to determine the correct outcome - also strong language barrier

Applied for a loan then got sent additional paper work needed so sent that but sent loan claim forms to sign the same friday I applied for the loan to sign and sent additional uploaded documents at 11am on a friday (which as stated quicker approval if done before 4pm Sydney time mon to Friday) and still waiting a week later 7 buisness days… Read more

Been trying for months to get a loan from fundo but can never connect to my bank. Been told if fundo don't support open banking but support screen scaping then they can't access my bank unless they swap it over anyone with Bendigo bank won't be able to apply through fundo.

Use to be good until I could no longer get a loan. So I stop using fundoloan for about over a year or so Now I tried to see if I could even try to get a small can't even login etc.

I recently went looking for a payslip only loan and came across Fundo. After trawling through their “payslip only loan” only to read they still want my financials. I despise companies who bait customers for business only to waste their time. I understand responsible lending. Fundo suck get my credit score to top score then all of sudden my bank can’t connect going on 2 years later still can’t connect they say they having problems with Bendigo bank think it would be sorted within 2 years but no they really suck!

Applied for a loan and I was not approve which is fine, but do they charge you for loans not approve now? I had a debit on my acct from Fundo, Im trying to borrow money from you not you take more of my money that I dont have. It's a scam

I would not give them 1 star but u have to write this mob stay way people from i pay loan out years ago on time to yet these animals would not give me any thing I work over 38 hours per week yer I no gut loads yet can't give me a messily $500 please people stay away from this mob of animals don't trust them ever.....!!!!

Chat bot really frustrating , and it kept asking me to upload the same documents I had already previously shared or uploaded , definitely wasn’t a quick process.
